With a private dock and kayak provided, you'll find tranquil moments of adventure and peace while you explore the lake, even catching great fish. Bring your boat or rent one and dock it right outside during your stay for convenience! Only a few miles to world-class golfing at the Edgewater County Club, there's something for everyone when you travel here. Explore local shops, eateries, and entertainment in town, or travel 20 miles to experience downhill skiing at Granite Peak in Wausau. ATV, UTV, and snowmobile trails are accessible right from the driveway. Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior simply flooded with natural light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Make yourself at home by relaxing on the plush furniture, streaming your favorite shows on the large TV, or curling up with a good book by the fireplace. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and lake picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a floating island breakfast bar. Enjoy a barbecue on the deck as you watch the fish bite and the sunset on the reflection of the lake. Overall great property, really enjoyed our time there. The main problem with the listing is the managing company uses an external verification and hosting platform. I was required to submit photo identification to an external company. Since I am booking through VRBO, I should not be required to do verification somewhere else. It felt like an intrusion and the company was unwilling to waive that requirement.

Fabulous stay

A perfect location! We loved the kayak, paddle boards and lily pad. The house was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. We will definitely be coming back next year.

We absolutely loved our stay at this house, suited our family and their friends very well. We did relaxing voting tubing fishing all week long! The view from the deck and the bedrooms are amazing and enjoying the dock and everything that comes with it was outstanding can’t wait to come back next year.

4th of july trip

We stayed at the property with family and friends including an infant and my teenage daughter. Plenty of space for the 7 of us. Very clean, comfortable beds, equipped kitchen. They left plenty of gas tanks to grill out and firewood. The dock is great with chairs and kyaks. Will definitely stay again. Great location.

Great location- very clean

We loved the open floor layout so we could all have breakfast together. The views out the back door were amazing. We were close to everything we needed. The furniture was super comfortable and well maintained. This will be our go to rental when we come into the area.

Great location!

We stayed in town for the weekend, and the location was perfect! Close to bars and restaurants, and a quick little drive into tomahawk if we needed something. It was a beautiful property on the lake, open concept kitchen/living room which really helped with our entertaining of our small group. The house had so much stuff available to use, which made life a lot easier. Also. Floor fans in every room was a huuuuuge plus!

A great end to our summer!

My siblings and I planned a weekend getaway up north. We booked our stay here and it was a great find! Everything was smooth from when we booked our trip to the end of our trip. The house was the perfect size, cozy, and included all the necessary amenities plus more. There are great places to eat and many options for outdoor activities. We went to Minocqua for a day which was only about 30 minutes by car. We had many laughs and made many memories. Definitely recommend!

Cozy and yet...

Loved the fact that there was a cozy living area up top yet space downstairs for everybody to kinda do their own thing when needed. Enjoyed the morning views and the fireplace. Only negative id say is the slope upto the property in the winter can be a lil slick but thats why we have a jeep.

Great cabin

Cabin was great. setup nice very spacious very well stocked nice deck decent back yard. Only complaints would be getting down to the dock and the dock itself. Dock is very short pontoon on one side that is taken by owners pontoon other side there is a large rock in the way. Stairs to get down are not very safe and if you are and older male or female it would be very hard to get down them and up

Great home

This was a great new build home. It was perfect for 3 couples as we all also had our own bathrooms. Very clean and tidy. Great outdoor spaces. Close to atv and snowmobile trails. I did specifically ask about trailer access and told there was which was true. The driveway is very narrow and steep so something to keep in mind. I would have given the home 5 stars but unfortunately during our stay the air conditioner was not working correctly 2 out of our 3 nights and was quite warm in the home. They did figure out the issue for night 3. Would recommend staying here and would stay again!

Could have been cleaner.

When we arrived we found a dirty shirt in the pantry, a dirty towel on the floor of the closet, dirty towels in the washing machine, the extra bedding was wadded up on the closet floor, leftover coffee grounds in the coffee maker, and a spilled energy drink can underneath the couch that had been there long enough to coagulate. It was not fun having to do laundry and clean floors as soon as we arrived.

Very nice cottage, great location, but some concerns

Overall, this cottage was very light, clean, modern, and generally great. It included many nice amenities and lots of space, more than I expected. We were disappointed by the outdoor space, though. There was an overflowing pile of smelly garbage directly under the deck that limited our enjoyment of the outdoor space. We contacted the property manager about this but it was not addressed before the end of our long weekend stay. The approach to the lake is also quite steep, probably too steep for safe kayak use. The dock was also damaged with the first section tipping to the side when stepping off of the steep stairs. Overall we felt the dock was unsafe. Lastly, the waterfront did not match the photographs as it was rocks and weeks up to the steep bank. I know that this varies by year and season on a reservoir, but this was not a swimable location.
