The Space:

Enjoy a quiet getaway with friends and family at this Bethany Beach townhome. Ideally situated in the Villas of Bethany West community, enjoy walking distance to the beautiful Salt Pond and onsite amenities including seasonal pools, tennis, pickleball, and a playground. Bring or rent your own bikes and leave the car at home with shopping, dining, and beaches all an easy ride away. Walk or take the seasonal trolley into town - Bethany boardwalk is just one mile away. Launch a kayak or paddleboard from the dock at Salt Pond and explore the waterways of Assawoman and Bethany Beach canals. This classic, two-bedroom townhome features a split-level design with bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and the ground floor devoted to communal living. Furnished with group gathering and entertainment in mind, the ground floor features an open-concept and a rich array of modern amenities. Choose from one of the board games provided and settle down in the living room for a game night or stream your favorite shows and movies on the wall-mounted smart TV. The electric fireplace offers cozy ambiance and added warmth during chilly months. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for home-cooked meals, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Seating for three is available at the breakfast bar and the dining table is set for six. Make the most of sunshine and blue skies on the private, back patio furnished with a four-seater table and two Adirondack chairs, perfect for happy hours and al fresco dining. Wonderful Vacation

The house has everything you will need. The parking pass for downtown is a great addition! You will not need sheets or bath towels as linens are included. We would definitely stay here again!

Love this place! Great experience!

Such a cute place! It was perfect for our little family. Everything we needed was there. Loved the use of an umbrella for the beach! There are also chairs there but we used our own. Very thankful for the toddler friendly dishes and cups and the games were great for the kids! It was tidy and perfect amount of space for us. The pool is a short walk away as well as the trolley stop. We LOVED the ability to use the parking pass. It really made everything much smoother for our beach experience. We’d love to book again!

House was clean, well appointed, good location, nice amenities, complete with towels and paper products. Confusion with digital door lock one day 1 (didn't deem like VACASA people were well versed), plus they changed the combination during our stay locking us out. This house is not within walking distance to the beach. You have to drive. It is nice that they supply a parking pass for Berhany. We found parking without any trouble. The house was ok, not as clean as I would have liked. there was so much sand on the floors that I had to wear shoes the entire time, while in the house

We apologize for the cleaner's oversights with the floors prior to your stay and wish you would have reached out upon arrival with your concerns so that we would have immediately handled the matter. Our Vacasa standard is to have every home spotless for every guest's arrival. The home is one mile from downtown Bethany Beach boardwalk and beach and some guests have enjoyed the walk into town or the seasonal trolley service. We look forward to hosting your next stay.
