2 bed, 2 bath villa. Sleeps 6. Master bedroom- queen bed, 2nd bedroom- queen bed & bunk beds. Sleeper Sofa in living room. Three televisions, including 40" in living room. LVP flooring.

New in 2025- updated kitchen.

Wireless internet. Large deck. Pool & shuttle to the beach are steps away. Dining room seats six. Facilities include indoor/outdoor pools, fitness center, and tennis facilities. (Sea Colony charges a badge fee upon check in. Season badge fee: 01/01 to 05/07-$15, 05/08 to 06/11-$25, 06/12 to 09/17-$58, 09/18 to 09/24-$25, 09/25 to 12/31-$15. Guest badges are required for each person per length of stay, ages 4 and up and are available at the Sea Colony Beach Shoppe. These badges are required for all guest/renters and must be worn while on Sea Colony property. The badge fee covers your parking passes (2 per property).

Summer Softball Weekend

This was our 2nd time staying here, and it was such a great week! The house was so clean and it's in such a great location! They really think of everything to make your stay enjoyable! The owners are great to deal with. My husband and son love it as much as I do!

Excellent and convenient Location

The property was very CLEAN and beautiful. It is at a convenient location, across a community pool and a few steps from the Tram stop which takes you to the beach and all over the community. Check in was flawless and quick. Great communication from the owner. Highly recommended.

We loved this condo. Perfect for our family of 3! It was clean, updated and had everything we needed. We loved the location, right by one of the pools, a bike rack in the backyard and so easy to get around. We biked everywhere but the tram stops right in front. The host/owner was responsive and very easy to deal with. It was a great week!

Perfect for a quick getaway

The unit was perfect for our couple-day getaway. Very neat and well kept, perfect location next to Timberlake Pool and to get on the shuttle. Would recommend!

Nice long weekend

We had a great weekend stay - there aren’t many rentals in Sea Colony for less than a week, so I appreciated this. Place was exactly as advertised and the host was a great communicator.

Great beach stay!

We had a fabulous time at this Sea Colony rental. The house was exactly as described, very clean, and offered everything that we needed. The hosts communicated well and provided clear details about check in and check out. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing stay

Such a great location! House was in great shape and had all the amenities we needed. Heated pool right in the back yard. 5 minute trolley to the ocean, which my kids loved. The ocean side pools made for a great break in the beach days as well.

Beautiful Sea Colony condo

This was our second time staying here and it was just as great as the first time! Check in and check out is easy and the property has everything you need to enjoy the beach/Sea Colony my daughter loves the turtle decor and I do too! There is a pool right outside your door, or quick walk to the aquatic center pool and trolley to the beach. We would be glad to stay here again!

Beautifully decorated and great location

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated home at Sea Colony. A great pool is steps away, and it’s walkable to the large aquatic center. Trolley shuttle to the beach on the corner, and quick drive to Ocean City, Rehoboth and Dewey for day trips. Everything was spotless and worked perfectly. Easy check in and check out experience, and Penny was super communicative.

Great spot at Sea Colony!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The hosts were great and communicative before and during the stay. Location was good - easy to get to the beach, tennis, and fitness center. The house had all the kitchen supplies we could need and lots of fun games. The only thing I’d flag is that there was a resort fee upon arrival, which I was not aware of. Overall, it was a lovely place I’d highly recommend!

Hi Monica, We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay at Sea Colony. The information for the resort fee was stated in 3 different places. On our VRBO listing it is under “about this rental”, also listed in our rental agreement and when I texted you I said that after paying the recreational fees you would have full access to all of the amenities. We are sorry for any misunderstanding.

Great place for Small Childern!

My families recent stay was fantastic. It was the perfect location for families with small Childern. There is a pool within sight distance from the deck and a bus stop 100 feet from the front door. The house itself is very nice and has all the amenities you'd need. The owners were very responsive and quick to get back to me with any questions. If we vacations again at Bethany we will for sure be looking to rent this location.

Perfect

We have stayed in several similar places in Sea Colony and this was the best for us. Location: It is very close to the tram stop, feet from a heated pool, easy walk to the fitness center, splash pad and basketball/sports area. The kitchen is well stocked, there are beach toys, kids games,etc. The mattresses are very comfortable. The place is well lit. The owners were super responsive It checked all our boxes!

Perfect for families

Sea Colony is fabulous, and the condo was perfect. We had four teens so the bunk beds were nice. Warning, you have to bring all your linens and towels, including dish towels. I stayed at Sea Colony two other times, and missed reading the third attachment to an email that was titled "Things to bring". I had to buy four sets of sheets and towels the evening we arrived.

Best stay in Bethany!

We rented this home for a short stay and could not have been happier with our choice! Everything was easy from the booking and checking in to the communication with the owner. The pool was located steps from the home, as well as the tram stop. There was a playground a few minutes walk away from the house too. We had 4 adults and 3 children stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. We highly recommend this home as one to rent...it is impossible to be disappointed! We’ll definitely be back!

Everything we needed close to the beach

Excellent for a family of 5 (three teens). Our favorite aspects: close to tennis, pickleball, and a pool practically off the back deck. We grilled a lot and played games from the game chest. There were tram stops on either end of the road. Master bed with bathroom great for mom and dad. Penny communicated regularly with us throughout the check-in process and we literally had no issues our entire week there. Hope to stay again in the future.

Family time

This was my 2nd time to Sea colony and I loved this place. Fully equipped kitchen, we were able to cook and have friends for dinner. There was a bbq that was old but worked. Definitely needed bbq utensils and a brush to clean the grill. Has a washer/dryer and they worked but the dryer could be up dated took a long to dry towels. Comfortable beds. Very clean and smelled amazing. We would definitely go back.

Everything we could have asked for!

This is a very family friendly home! It is much bigger in person compared to the pictures. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen and bunk bed and the other is a queen with its own bathroom (stand up shower), guest bathroom has a tub. The living room is a good size and can be bigger if you move the ottoman to the side. The kitchen table can seat 6 people. If you would like to cook during your stay there is absolutely everything you may need, which was great for us! There is a DVD player, smart TV and tons of family games. There is a private patio with a table set up and umbrella, pretty big patio. There is a grill (we didn't get a chance to use it ) but it's there. The owner has a trunk of stuff for your use on the patio, 1 beach chair, extra table umbrella, beach layouts, boogie boards, sand castle toys for the kids and noodles for the pools. There is a pool and a tram right outside the door(Tram takes you to the private beach of sea colony). Sea colony allows its guest to use all pools(indoor, outdoor and kiddie), tennis courts, fitness center and much more! Your are a 3 minute drive to Bethany beach/boardwalk and 23 minute drive to Rehobeth. My kids enjoyed our stay and we hope to stay here again in the future!
