Enjoy all-day fun with on-site access to an on-site pool and tennis courts, not to mention a convenient location close to great golf, beaches, and area attractions! From your home base in the Clearwater Villages community, you'll be within three miles of Bethany Beach, South Bethany, and one of Delaware's top-ranked public golf courses, Bear Trap Dunes. This sunny escape comes complete with multiple outdoor spaces including a backyard patio and a furnished deck, as well as a sunroom. The home's full kitchen is well-equipped for family-style meal prep. Comfy seating, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV set the stage for casual downtime in the living area. Things to Know There is free parking for 3 car(s). Check in time: 4:00 p.m. Check out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The home is not equipped with cable. Streaming only with guest’s own account. Electric fireplace is for guest use in the main bedroom. Guest must show lodging agreement for access to the pool. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Dog/kid Friendly House Near Beaches

This was a nice home located in a quiet neighborhood near beaches, restaurants, etc. it was equipped with almost you would need for a beach stay. The community pool and tennis courts were an added bonus! We would definitely stay here again.

It was very clean and accommodating.Loved the extra towels and beach accessories in the garage.Liked the neighborhood and the sunroom with games.Front porch was great.Just wish there was more then one tv.

Quiet Home in Bustling Beach Town

This home was a good fit to meet our family's needs. We had a total of 6 guests which included 4 adults and 2 teens. The size of the house was fine, but would have felt tight if we had anymore people there. We liked the quiet neighborhood but being within a few minutes drive to the bustling Bethany boardwalk and other areas of town. We appreciated having some beach gear available for use, especially a cart. The community pool was really nice and enjoyable. Overall, the house is nothing fancy, but just right. Could use a few minor updates/general upkeep but we had a nice time, nonetheless.

Awesome!

The place was clean and well equipped… We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the beach. The only thing I wish I knew ahead of time was that we should have brought bugs spray but that’s not something that the owner can control. There was just a lot of mosquitoes and flies outback But it was still an amazing vacation spot. I would highly recommend to anybody.

Good stay

This house worked well for our stay with our teenager and my elderly parents. There are two rooms with queen-sized beds, but only one of them is the master. It is much nicer than the other. Room with four beds was great for our one teenager but would have been very crowded with four people. House can technically accommodate 12 people, but more than six would be crowded. Also, rugs would help it not to be so echos. Very easy to hear others. Front porch is awesome.

Home was great.

This was our second straight year vacationing at this property. Home, amenities, and location is perfect for us. Only issue was the lack of follow through by VACASA Customer Service. We reported an issue on day two of our stay, and heard nothing from Vacasa Staff. On day four I asked for an update on the issue and was first told they would get the "local team" to take care of it "right away". Then was told the issue was not something they provided". The house was advertised with a "gas grill" for cooking. We arrived to an EMPTY gas cylinder. Was told a second time "we will get that taken care of right away". 7 days later still no gas cylinder and nothing from VACASA.

We've reviewed the maintenance report detailing all the communications you had with us, and noticed that a member of our local team had informed you that we don’t refill empty propane tanks. Guests are asked to pick up a new tank from a local convenience or gas station and submit the receipt for reimbursement. We understand that you preferred our team handle the refill, and we regret that we were unable to accommodate that request.
