Charming 1-bedroom apartment with AC in lively Philadelphia / a beautiful view.

Good Day, we thank you for the review and was not made aware of the bed or futon issue of uncomfortableness. We were unable to provide a maintenance to the leak until the weekday, which was when the guest would have been checking out. We apologize for the inconvenience. I also asked for more info and only recieved a pic and the first correspondence, we were not informed of the ongoing issue.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We take cleanliness and guest comfort very seriously, and this is the first concern of this nature we have received, with our previous guests having had positive experiences with the property. We wish you had reached out to us during your stay so we could have addressed any concerns immediately. We will certainly review the items you mentioned to ensure the home continues to meet the standards we expect for every guest.
