Look forward to a relaxing vacation for two and a beautiful view of Lübeck Bay. This cheerfully furnished 2-room vacation apartment offers comfortable living space for two people in an area of approximately 46 m². From the southeast-facing balcony, you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea—perfect for a leisurely breakfast or a relaxing end to the day.

Viewed from the Plaza, the apartment is on the 4th floor. Since there are three basement levels (U1, U2, and U3) below the Plaza level, its location—as seen from the beach side—corresponds to the 7th floor. This means you’ll enjoy a particularly beautiful view of Lübeck Bay from both the apartment and the balcony. The bright living and dining area is comfortably furnished and offers direct access to the
balcony. The open kitchen, featuring a convenient serving hatch, is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, and oven, among other amenities.

A special highlight is the separate bedroom with its own window and ocean view—here you can enjoy natural light, fresh air, and the view toward the Baltic Sea. The bedroom window has a screen installed, so you can sleep undisturbed even with the window open. The double bed with an open footboard is fitted with two comfortable mattresses, each measuring 90 × 200 cm.
The modernized, interior bathroom is equipped with a shower. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout your stay.

Pets are not allowed. This makes it particularly suitable for guests who prefer pet-free accommodations
, for example, due to an allergy to animal dander. The vacation rental is a non-smoking property.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.

You can bring your own bed linens and towels or rent them for a fee for the duration of your stay. The vacation complex features a shared laundry room with several
washing machines and a dryer. The machines are available for a fee.

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—especially pleasant for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers excellent conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities around the vacation park ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
