This charming vacation rental is located on the 1st floor of the Sierksdorf Vacation Park and offers, on approx. 42 m², a pleasant combination of functionality and cozy comfort for up to 4 people.

The living area is bright and welcoming, featuring modern, harmonious boho-style decor with warm wood tones and thoughtful details. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and create an open, inviting atmosphere. The cozy sofa bed invites you to relax and can be converted into a sleeping area (sleeping surface approx. 140 x 200 cm) if needed.

Directly adjacent is the dining area and the open-concept kitchen, which is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, and other practical appliances, making it easy to prepare your own meals.

From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished balcony, where you can spend relaxing hours enjoying the beautiful sea view—whether having breakfast in the morning sun or enjoying the fresh Baltic Sea air in the evening.

The separate interior bedroom is furnished with two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm) and offers a quiet retreat. Blackout curtains in both sleeping areas ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.

The bathroom features a shower and well-maintained, functional fixtures, including a sink, mirror, and toilet.

The apartment’s location is particularly attractive: the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is only about 100 m away. Restaurants are located about 300 m away, and shopping options are about 2 km away.

A covered parking space is available to you during your stay; ceiling height is approximately 2.40 m.

Wi-Fi is also available. Pets are welcome (max. 4, for a fee).

The vacation rental is a smoke-free property.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. The balconies can generally still be used during the breeding season.

An ideal choice for anyone looking for beachfront accommodations with ocean views and a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere.


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and right on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—especially convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade is perfect for relaxing days at the beach and leisurely walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

Various recreational activities around the vacation park provide plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping options, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of Lübeck Bay offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
