Welcome to the 3-room, non-smoking vacation apartment 334 at<br><br>. This beautiful vacation home is located on the 7th floor. It features one bedroom with a double bed (1.8 m x 2.0 m) and another bedroom with a bunk bed (2 x 0.9 m x 1.9 m), an en suite bathroom with a shower, a kitchen opening onto the living room, and a southeast-facing balcony with a stunning view over Lübeck Bay. The apartment was completely renovated in 2017.<br><br> Please bring your own bed linens and towels.<br><br> All of our properties are non-smoking.<br><br> Wi-Fi is not provided.<br><br> Barbecues are not permitted anywhere in the apartment complex.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and right on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—especially convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take leisurely walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.<br><br>A variety of recreational activities around the Ferienpark ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein. <br><br>Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of Lübeck Bay offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.<br><br>From approximately April through September, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are protected by law and must not be removed. The balconies can generally still be used during this time. <br><br>The vacation complex features a shared laundry room with several washing machines and a clothes dryer.
