Welcome to the "Lila Svenska" apartment!

This vacation rental, furnished in Swedish style with great attention to detail, is located on the mezzanine level of the "Ferienpark Sierksdorf" apartment complex.
From the furnished northeast-facing balcony, you can see part of the Baltic Sea. You also have, among other things, a distant view of the Pelzerhaken lighthouse, which impresses with its light show in the evening.
The kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, stove, and small oven, is integrated into the cozy combined living and dining area.
The bedroom is furnished with two separate beds (80 cm x 195 cm) that cannot be pushed together.
In the living room, the couch can be converted into a sleeper sofa (140 cm x 200 cm) in just a few steps. The TV is located in the cabinet, directly across from the sofa bed.
The well-maintained bathroom with a shower features a pebble floor, which provides a soothing foot massage after a long day at the beach.
Parking space included. The beach is just a few steps away.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for a fee during your stay.

A laundry room is located on the premises and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers excellent conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliff-top trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities around the vacation park ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The well-known Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
