Welcome to the 2-room vacation apartment No. 426!

This beautiful apartment is located on the 7th floor of a high-rise building and can accommodate up to four people. From the balcony, you have a view of the Baltic Sea and Lübeck Bay over the buildings in the complex. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and stove and is integrated into the combined living and dining area. There is also a comfortable sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm) here. The bedroom has two single beds (each 90 cm x 190 cm), which cannot be pushed together. The brightly tiled bathroom has a shower and a skylight for ventilation. It’s just a few steps away without having to cross a street. Parking space included.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for a fee during your stay.

Dogs are permitted for a fee upon prior registration.

All of our properties are non-smoking.

A laundry room is located on the premises and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is quietly located on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly pleasant for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

Various recreational activities around the vacation park ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beachside restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping options, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of Lübeck Bay offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green hinterland.
