Registration:

* Per community request, we must provide a full list of guests and their vehicle information prior to the start of their stay.

*A maximum of four cars are allowed in the house driveway.

*A signed rental agreement and security deposit hold on your credit card are required for booking. Additionally, guests must complete a community registration form.



Trash:

* The vehicle pass also serves as your access pass to the community trash facility. Please make sure to remove all trash from the property before departure, as there is no curbside pickup. To avoid attracting wildlife, do not leave any trash outside the house at any time.



* The maximum occupancy at all times is 8 people.

* Minimum age to rent is 25 years old unless prior good reviews are available.

* You must provide your ID to Airbnb to verify your identity. A valid email address and phone number must be provided before check-in.

* No parties are allowed in the house. This is strictly enforced. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe the community quiet hours of 11 pm- 8 am.

* No smoking of any type is permitted inside the house.

* For your safety and ours, security cameras are located on the exterior of the property.
