The Space:
THINGS TO NOTE:
• This rental is located in a residential neighborhood. Loud parties and disruptive behavior is not tolerated. This neighborhood is monitored by a 24/7 call service.
• Quiet hours are 9 pm - 8 am.
• Two (2) cars maximum allowed. Renters are required to properly display a host-provided parking permit on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicle. Failure to display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle.
• Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited.
• During inclement winter weather either 4WD and snow tires, or 2WD and chain are required to access this Unit. All guests must move all vehicles within 24 hours of a snowstorm.
• All dogs must be on a leash at all times and owners must pick up feces immediately and dispose of them in an appropriate trash container or dumpster.
• Climbing four flights of stairs is required to enter the rental. The view is worth it!
• Laundry facilities are not available in this home.
• Street parking for 1 vehicle available, pass required.
• One parking spot is available in the parking closest to the stairs. The only parking available for our guest is the far left spot. There is also parking across the unit where guest can park in any available spot.
• Parking passes will be available in the home upon arrival. Guest will need to place parking pass on the dash of their vehicle.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located on the main stairwell of home and actively monitoring the stairs and parking.
Inside, the home welcomes you with a warm, open living space designed for relaxation. The living room features a comfortable couch and lounge chair arranged around a cozy fireplace and smart TV, with sliding doors leading directly out to the deck so the mountain scenery is always within view. The open layout flows into a mountain-style kitchen that’s fully equipped with all the essentials, complete with counter seating for three and an adjoining dining area for shared meals. Upstairs, the loft adds a flexible retreat with another couch, smart TV, and a desk for remote work, making it easy to mix productivity with relaxation. Step outside to the upper balcony where incredible mountain views stretch across the horizon, then end your evenings gathered around the fire pit, soaking in the crisp alpine air and quiet surroundings that make Tramway Haus feel like your own private Tahoe escape.
