Arrowhead Lake is a gated community that requires all renters to register and pay community fees for temporary membership. These fees provide access to the amenities listed above. These are community-required fees, not host-added charges.

Temporary Membership (Ages 6+)

In-Season (Memorial Day–Labor Day):

$8.50/person/night OR $42.50/person/week (5–7 nights, up to 30 days)

Off-Season (Sept 3–May 23):

$2.00/person/night

Payment is collected by the host before arrival to ensure the community processes your registration.

IMPORTANT DEADLINE

Registration must be completed at least 3 days before arrival or the community charges a $100 late fee. Same‑day registration is not allowed.

How Registration Works

After booking, the host will request guest names and vehicle details.

Community fees are paid to the host at least 3 days before arrival.

The day before check‑in, the community emails your welcome packet with QR codes for gate entry and amenity access.

QR codes allow smooth entry into the community and facilities.

Guests may enjoy community amenities anytime on arrival day, though the home is available at 4 PM.
