THE CONDO
Welcome to The Coral Oasis, your private beachfront retreat on the 7th floor of Coral Beach Resort. Bright natural light, a modern, inviting setting, and unobstructed Atlantic Ocean views from the private balcony set the scene for your Myrtle Beach stay.

The condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests with two plush queen beds and fresh linens. The living area includes a cozy electric fireplace, HDTV streaming and premium cable options, air conditioning, heating, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.

Enjoy the convenience of:
• A fully stocked kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, range, oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, and dining table
• A private in-unit washer and dryer
• A private balcony with ocean, beach, resort, and pool views
• A bathtub and bathroom essentials
• Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage

Rental Agreement & Damage Protection:
To help protect both our guests and property owners, we use the secure CHARGEautomation platform to complete the required rental agreement and damage protection process. Within 1 hour of booking, guests are asked to complete the agreement by paying the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Waiver Fee. This provides up to $1,000 in accidental damage, helping ensure a smoother and more worry-free stay for everyone.

THE RESORT
Your vacation begins seamlessly with self check-in and convenient keyless entry. You will have private access to the entire condo, including its private balcony and in-unit washer and dryer; elevator access makes reaching the 7th floor easy.

You will also have access to the resort’s shared water features and direct beachfront access, including:
• Heated indoor pools and hot tubs
• Outdoor pools and lazy rivers
• Kiddie pools
• Sun loungers for relaxing by the water

The shared pool and hot tub are available year-round during specific hours. Please note that the resort’s onsite laundry facility is not included; private laundry machines are available inside the condo.

INTERACTION WITH HOST
We are committed to ensuring you have a wonderful and private stay. While we will not be present at the property, we are readily available via the app or phone to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have during your visit.

Perfect for guests wanting convenience, entertainment, and oceanfront relaxation.

GETTING AROUND
Getting around is easy from Coral Beach Resort! Most attractions, restaurants, shops, and entertainment are just a short drive or rideshare away. Uber, Lyft, and taxis are readily available. Myrtle Beach International Airport is only minutes away, and onsite parking makes bringing your own vehicle convenient for exploring the Grand Strand.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Water features: Indoor pools are heated year-round. Outdoor pools are seasonal and are not heated; they will not be heated from October 31 through March 1.

The following resort amenities are not included with this stay:

• Resort laundry facility
• Business center
• Fitness center

All other water features available. The Outdoor Pools will not be heated Oct 31 to March 1st, but indoor pool is heated year-round

Parking Restrictions:
Due to limited parking, the resort only allows one (1) vehicle on the property.
Please note that resort regulations prohibit motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, and similar recreational vehicles anywhere on the property. These rules are established and enforced by the resort, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us comply with their policies.

Note: We provide 2 reusable kitchen towels and do not provide paper towels.
We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 1-bedroom. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 4. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Only 1 parking space is available. Parking instructions will be sent the day of check-in.
