Our vacation rental has everything you need for a wonderful vacation, with or without children. It’s designed to offer the highest possible level of comfort and safety for children. Our vacation rental has a fenced-in yard with a small patio featuring a dining area. In our lovingly designed yard, guests of all ages can relax and unwind. Parking is available right in front of the property.<br> Our vacation rental has everything you need for a wonderful vacation, with or without children. Designed for maximum comfort and safety for children. The spacious 85 m² includes a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher (with tabs and dish soap), and, of course, all kitchen utensils. A large dining table invites you to linger. If needed, a high chair is also available. The cozy living room can be separated by a curtain and features a wide sleeper sofa for two people with an extra mattress topper and a smart TV. Additionally, there is a separate Toilette.Im On the first floor, you’ll find a very spacious bathroom with a large rain shower and a toilet. If needed, we’ll be happy to provide a baby bathtub, a stool, and a changing pad. The large bedroom, with direct access to the balcony, is furnished with a double bed, a single bed (a baby crib or rollaway bed [BabyBay] can be provided upon request), a wardrobe, and a Smart TV. The adjoining balcony features a small seating area. Our vacation rental has a fenced-in garden with a small patio and a dining area. In our lovingly designed garden, guests of all ages can relax and unwind. Parking is available right in front of the property.<br> The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, about a 10-minute walk from Lake Chiemsee and just over a 5-minute walk from the town center.<br> We, the Sengeleitner family, have been running this vacation rental since 2022. Since we have three children of our own, we focus on providing a particularly child-friendly place to stay for a relaxing vacation for both children and parents.
