Just 1.4 miles from Mission Bay Park and close to Pacific Beach, SeaWorld, beaches, dining, cafés, and local attractions.

Step inside a private, single-level residence with classic Spanish Colonial character, a bright living area, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen. The home feels relaxed, welcoming, and easy to settle into — ideal after a day at Mission Bay, the beach, or exploring San Diego.

The home does not have AC, but its traditional Spanish Colonial design helps it stay naturally cool during San Diego’s warmer months. Ceiling fans available throughout the home.

The home accommodates up to **7 guests maximum** with **4 beds total**:

Enjoy the front patio surrounded by lush greenery, ideal for morning coffee, reading, or a quiet moment outside.

The canyon-view deck features lounge seating, a fire pit, and outdoor dining — a beautiful space for enjoying San Diego’s mild weather and relaxed outdoor lifestyle.

**Please note:** The deck is currently being refreshed and is expected to be available starting mid-June. It cannot be used until then, and our rates reflect this. No construction noise is expected during this period.

Located approx. **1.4 miles from Mission Bay Park**, about a **25-minute walk** for fresh air, movement, and waterfront time.

You’ll also be near Pacific Beach, SeaWorld, beaches, restaurants, cafés, shopping, and major San Diego attractions — making it easy to enjoy the best of San Diego from a comfortable private home base.

☀ Privacy, Parking & Access

This Airbnb is the private first-level unit of a two-level home. Long-term tenants live upstairs, but guests have **no shared indoor spaces**.

Enjoy smart lock self check-in, gated driveway parking for up to 2 cars, additional street parking nearby, an exterior Ring camera for security, and washer/dryer in unit.


A car is recommended to explore San Diego fully.

Ring Camera: A Ring doorbell camera is located at the front entrance to monitor the perimeter and ensure guest safety. This device is active and records video.

Noise Policy: To maintain the peace of this residential neighborhood, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours on the deck and in common areas, especially after 9:00 PM.

Layout: Please note that the home features one full bathroom with a shower/tub combination located in the central hallway.

Deck Safety: The deck is high-elevation. Children must be supervised at all times. A signed liability waiver is required before check-in.
