Surrounded by other villas and houses, the villa is in the middle of nature, but at the same time not isolated and with 2 different exits.

To Pietrasanta about 5 minutes drive, Camaiore is about 10 minutes away. Capezzano is along the road- you will find all kinds of shops, restaurants and pubs. The sea is about 5km away - Lido di Camaiore.

The property is nestled between Camaiore and Pietrasanta and consists of a lovely and unspoilt stone house with veranda and seating area by the barbecue and pizza oven and further seating in front of the house each with a parasol, table and chairs.

The park-like garden is on 2 levels and is fenced. Dogs welcome. The gate is automatic.

Between the gate and the house is the small guest house, very popular with the younger generation in the families who want to be away from it all and keep to themselves. The house is clad in wood and consists of 3 rooms - living room with sofa, bedroom with 2 single beds and a shower room.

The car can be parked in the carport, another in the shade in front. Here you enter the kitchen and the pergola from the back.

Let's start here with the house tour - separate room with washing machine, kitchen with fireplace, dining table, side room, second exit to the street, 1 toilet.

In the kitchen oven, microwave, 4 burner cooker (gas bottle is in the garden and sometimes needs to be replaced). Dishwasher. Mocha, kettle, espresso machine, juicer.
Washing machine + dryer.

Next to the kitchen with exit to the relax area in front of the house an open large living room with extendable dining table, huge fireplace, sofa and 2 armchairs, large Smart-TV (only with Internet connetion, NO ANTENNA) and air conditioning.

On the first floor:
- A double bedroom with its bathroom next to it.
- One double bedroom, bathroom in the hallway.
- Master double bedroom with safe, A/C and its bathroom (bath and shower).
