The 1865 #107 is a renovated, single-level two-bedroom condo for up to six guests. Bedroom 1 has one king bed, Bedroom 2 has one queen bed, and the living room has one sofa bed.



The home includes one full bathroom, a full kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, Wi-Fi, TVs, a sound system, board games, a dining table, and a dedicated workspace. The washer and dryer are located in the building. Shared property amenities include a gym, communal outdoor pool, and BBQ area.



The 1865 is a historic Nashville building near Midtown, Centennial Park, Marathon Village, downtown attractions, hospitals, dining, and nightlife. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is before 10:00 AM. Smoking, pets, and parties or events are not allowed.



Guest Access:

As our guest, you'll have full access to the entire property, except for a few areas reserved for house supplies.



Getting Around:

For your personal safety, we recommend using Lyft or another rideshare service when getting around after dark.
