The pool was not open during our stay but was definitely smaller than what you see in photos. Bar was awesome lots to choose from and the staff was cool!!!

Our stay was absolutely fabulous. The weather was great. The pool was wonderful. You do need a couple of new lounge chairs but other than that that was spectacular took Ubers everywhere that worked out super well felt very comfortable and safe where we stayed.

Great stay!

Very clean with nice amenities. I appreciated the gated entrance and the stocked items in the kitchen for paper towels, soap, laundry detergent. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect space for the 2 of us. Had everything we needed. It was a convenient location to all the things we wanted to go do. The 1865 Speakeasy on sight was wonderful. It had good drinks & great music.

I think this is my favorite VRBO ecer. What a classy and clean property. The bathroom was almost as big as the bedroom. Beautiful set up of the one room kitchen-living room. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. We loved the optional games they provided. There are two buildings with lots of parking. None of the Ubers had problems getting in or finding it which only took about 6 minutes to downtown. We also could’ve safely walked the entire way. Loved the cute little gym. Unfortunately we didn’t get to visit the speakeasy, but they had a sign with events for it daily. Our room was stocked with kitchen essentials, plenty of toiletries, and extra pillows and blankets. I need a fan to sleep because I’m a light sleeper and to my surprise they already had one in the closest and I didn’t need mine. We were right next to the train and it never disturbed us. We did get confused by the buildings and I had to call, and the woman who helped me was amazing and checked on us afterwards. Our lock was a little troublesome to our door to open, but we just had to pull it towards us a bit. The only one downfull was the very small pool, but it was clean and enjoyable. I would 1000% stay here again and recommend this to my friends and family!

Better than a hotel

For an extended stay and visit with family in the area, Tobacco 212 was just what we needed. It was much better than a hotel room. It provided a private bedroom, full kitchen and nice space to sit and visit. And the central location was perfect for everywhere we needed to go. Thx for accommodating us so well!

Perfect spot for Thanksgiving get away!

The unit was great-very clean, updated and very nicely decorated. There was plenty of space for me and my husband. Proximity to downtown was perfect. The train noise was the only down side but it really wasn’t that bad.

Historic stay

Wonderful property site! So clean and comfy and beautifully renovated! Huge bathroom!!! Within driving distance of so many sites! Would recommend this to anyone who loves history! Amazing what can be done with a former tobacco barn!!!

15 year anniversary

The place was nice. Had everything we needed. Location was great. Train didnt bother us at all. Nice bar area by the pool with a refrigerator to keep your beverages cold. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay

The gates to enter were broken open for a day or two. And anybody could of pulled into the private parking. Other then that was a great stay.

Bachelorette trip

This property is great location for a getaway to Nashville, very close so Uber only cost $7-$12 to go downtown. The property looked just as it was shown on the listing and very clean. The top floor patio was a nice place to relax and enjoy the cool afternoons we had. We had a blast and will definitely visit again when we come back!

This property is amazing. From the management to the location, the beautiful buildings, I could go on and on…we would vote an A plus. Every detail was just beautiful. They left us a bottle of wine to enjoy with our stay and enough towels and paper products as we didn’t think to bring extra. The speakeasy was dream. The rooftop was a lovely area as well. If I had any tiny complaint would be the pool area didn’t seem to be as manicured as the rest of the establishment, but we enjoyed it nonetheless. I will no doubt recommend and stay anytime I’m in Nashville.
