Vacation Rental "An der alten Stadtmauer" 100 square meters, 2–8 people

Welcome to our spacious, comfortable vacation apartment, “An der alten Stadtmauer,” in the heart of Annaberg-Buchholz, the city of mountains and Adam Ries! Our apartment is located on the first floor of our private home. It’s the perfect starting point for exploring all of the city’s sights on foot. New: 2 bathrooms—1 with a shower, toilet, and sink; the other with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and 2 sinks—plus underfloor heating and textured plaster walls. The apartment features 3 newly furnished separate bedrooms, each with a large double box-spring bed (2.00 m x 1.80 m) and a large wardrobe. In one bedroom, there is the option to add an extra bed for a 7th and 8th person. Our separate kitchen features a kitchenette with a refrigerator, oven, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, and plenty of dishes, as well as a small dining area. The separate, spacious living room features a large dining area that seats up to 8 people, as well as a sofa set and a large flat-screen TV with cable. From the living room, you can access the terrace, which has a grill and outdoor seating. Your host family, the Meßners, lives in the house and is happy to assist you during your stay.
All of the city’s main attractions (museums, theaters, churches, restaurants, the market square, tourist information, shopping, and much more) are just a few minutes’ walk away.
The Oberwiesenthal ski area is a 30-minute drive away: From December through April, the nearby ski area on the Fichtelberg in Oberwiesenthal, as well as on the Czech side at Keilberg, offers excellent conditions for skiers and snowboarders.
Ski lessons can be booked on-site. In January and February, there is an ice rink on our town square.
