Welcome to The Fun House! Charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath home in Sebastian with pool

Hi, we are Adrienne and Heath Watkins. I am a second-generation Manhattanite; my husband hails from Northern Virginia. We moved to High Falls, in the Hudson Valley after living in Rye, NY for 20 years. My husband, 73, is a retired graphic designer who enjoys playing his guitar and taking care of his plants. I am 69, an artist and painter that also worked for J.Crew for 18 years designing textile prints for women's design. I have exhibited at the prestigious Vero Beach Under the Oaks show for the past 3 years. We love it in Sebastian so much that we took the plunge and bought this lovely house. We plan to split our time between our two houses, and make them available to others when we are not there. So you are not just in a rental, you are in our home. We have local friends we can rely on if tenants need any assistance, just let us know!

I have been coming to Sebastian for about 10 years now- first with my brother, and then with hubby. We love the laid back, family neighborhood, but also the proximity to the beach. You might notice that most of Indian River County is comprised of smaller buildings, and not big high rises, and we love that. You are within an hour of Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, Fort Pierce, Sebastian Inlet State Park. You. can go horse back riding in the morning, and hit the beach in the afternoon.

We love the layout of this house- It's compact, but has everything you need. We love how private the back yard is, you won't have anyone watching you. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house, so you're not right next to another guest. And the office can be a work spot, or a yoga spot- just bring your mat! We also adore the Florida room, with its charming wicker. A great spot to relax with a book and a glass of wine.
