Sobre esta propriedade
5BR Canyons Hideaway | Hot Tub | Mountain Trails
Summary:
A 5-bedroom, 5-bath luxury townhome in Canyons Village, Park City — built for summer getaways, fall color trips, ski weeks, and multi-family stays. Walk under 5 minutes to chairlifts, restaurants, shops, and miles of hiking and mountain bike trails right out the door.
Unwind in 2,774 sq ft with 8 beds (including a bunk room), designer finishes, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private hot tub. Sleeps up to 12 — perfect for families, friend groups, and reunions.
The Space:
Five spacious bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and 8 beds across 2,774 sq ft mean nobody is fighting over space — or a shower. The open great room flows into a chef's kitchen and dining area sized for group meals, and the kids' bunk room (two bunks) is a hit with families.
Designed for year-round Park City stays:
• Private hot tub on the deck
• Full mudroom for hiking boots, bikes, and ski gear
• Boot dryer in the garage for drying gear after a day on the mountain
• In-home washer and dryer
• Smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, and an open layout for movie nights and game nights
• Built-in two-car garage
• Keyless entry with a unique code sent before arrival
For added comfort, the home is equipped with portable humidifiers to help with the dry mountain climate, along with a LectroFan EVO sound machine in each bedroom featuring 22 soothing sound options for a more restful stay.
After a long day on the mountain, the last thing you want to worry about is a cold shower. We've upgraded this home with Dual Navien tankless water heaters, guaranteeing endless hot water for a full house of 12—a true luxury in this area! We've also installed a full Kinetico water softening system for a spa-like feel, alongside a Kinetico K5 Reverse Osmosis unit in the kitchen, giving you pure, premium drinking water straight from the tap so you don't have to worry about buying bottles.
Guest Access:
You'll have the entire townhome to yourselves — bedrooms, kitchen, living areas, mudroom, laundry, private hot tub, and two-car garage. Check-in is fully keyless with a unique code delivered before arrival. Locked owner closets are not accessible to guests. Please park inside the garage; HOA rules prohibit street parking.
The Neighborhood:
Canyons Village is the largest base area at Park City Mountain — the biggest ski resort in the U.S. — and it's a four-season playground. In summer and fall, you're steps from lift-served hiking and downhill mountain biking, the Canyons golf course, scenic chairlift rides, weekend concerts, farmers markets, and dining on the plaza. In winter, you're a short walk to the Orange Bubble Express and Red Pine Gondola. Downtown Park City's Main Street, Deer Valley, and the shops at Kimball Junction are all a short drive or free transit ride away.
Getting Around:
The home sits less than 5 minutes on foot from the Canyons Village ski lifts, restaurants, and shops. The free, on-demand Canyons Village Connect shuttle runs throughout the village in winter, and Park City's free public bus connects you to Main Street, Deer Valley, and Kimball Junction year-round. SLC International Airport is about 35 minutes away. A car is helpful for grocery runs and exploring beyond Park City, but you can have a fantastic stay without ever leaving the village.
Other Things to Note:
• Professionally managed — we respond quickly, day or night
• Quiet hours 10pm–8am per HOA
