You will also find a medium sized 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and another smaller 3rd bedroom with a full bed. This main floor has a nice large eat in kitchen and medium sized family room with two couches and a wall mounted 50 inch tv.

There is a small yard and the patio is very private and great for BBQs especially after a nice swim in the pool across the street.
