Small but cozy—that describes our wooden vacation home with two small apartments. Whether you’re an active couple or a small family, you’ll feel right at home in this cozy little nest! You’ll be renting approximately 40 m² of a semi-detached house with modern amenities. The house is located in a relatively new vacation home community with good infrastructure. Each of the two apartments has its own entrance; the terraces face different directions and are separated from one another by greenery, so you can find the peace and quiet you’re looking for.<br><br>The optimally designed half-houses feature hardwood floors and are furnished with great taste to create a warm atmosphere. At the heart of each apartment is a bright kitchen. Here you’ll find a sitting area with a sofa, armchairs, and a 20-inch satellite TV behind the large panoramic windows. Blackout curtains protect against glare or sunlight. <br><br>The open kitchen is designed for functionality in both size and equipment. It is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, range hood, dishwasher, sink, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. Pots, pans, and utensils are provided for 4 people. A microwave and washing machine are not available. A dining table for 4 people is right next to the kitchen.<br><br>There are two small bedrooms (one with a 1.40 double bed and a full-length mattress, and one with a bunk bed). The bedding consists of cotton, down, feathers, and polyester. All beds are covered with fresh fitted sheets. Please bring standard-size bedding for all beds (1.40 x 2.00 for duvets or 0.80 x 0.80 for pillows). You can also order bed linens and towels from us for an additional fee (set for 15.00 EUR). You’ll find a closet in the bedroom.<br><br>The indoor bathroom with a vent hood and towel warmer is available with either a bathtub or a shower. <br><br>The house has a small lawn and a large covered wooden deck. This expands your living space, especially during the summer months, and offers protection from the wind and rain as well as privacy. In the summer, you’ll find wooden seating and a grill. Your parking spot is right next to the house. <br><br>The house is heated by electric radiators using clean, green electricity (Greenpeace Energy), so you’ll be warm and comfortable inside even during the winter months. Electricity and water costs are already included in the rental price (since 2019). All utility costs are included—you book at a fixed price!<br><br>Each apartment accommodates 1 to 4 people; extra beds are not available due to limited space. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
