Amenity use passes may be purchased, as desired, at the clubhouse (by the outdoor pool) or the Big Bass office. Prices are as follows for guests age 7+; Daily pass $8 for weekday and $10 for weekend. Weekly passes are available at a discount.

This home is located in a community with full-time residents. We aim to be respectful neighbors and kindly ask that you do the same. Quiet hours will be strictly observed and enforced.

✪ Guest Registration (HOA Requirement) • All guests must be registered at least 3 days before check-in. • A $50 late registration fee applies for last-minute bookings (HOA fee). • Changes after submission may incur a $15 fee per update. • Only registered guests/visitors are allowed entry.
✪ Vehicle Registration, Parking & Driving • All vehicles must register at the gate and display a hang tag. • A valid driver’s license is required. • Drive safely: the community speed limit is 25 mph. • Guests are responsible for any traffic or parking violations. • Parking is limited to the driveway only; street parking is not permitted.
