The apartment is located on the 1st floor and can be easily reached by elevator from the assigned parking space in the underground garage.
You’ll be staying in a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people and measures 48 m².
The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a cozy living room with a comfortable double sofa bed.
Adjacent to the living area is a separate dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher and microwave.
You won’t have to sacrifice space or comfort in the spacious shower room either.
The quiet balcony, with its comfortable patio furniture, is ideal for winding down after a wonderful day on vacation.

Modern and right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen—that’s the Residenz Seestern. The four apartment buildings are located not far from the beach and the pier. The beautiful spa park and shops for daily necessities are also just a few minutes away.

You can spend relaxing days in the on-site wellness area when the weather isn’t cooperating. The swimming pool is available to you free of charge during your stay; the sauna area can be used for a fee.
For our younger guests, there’s a playground in the complex’s courtyard. The apartments are also equipped with child-friendly amenities, so nothing stands in the way of a family vacation.
On the first floor of the Residenz Seestern, you can treat yourself to a meal at various restaurants. You’ll also find an ice cream shop and our front desk right here in the complex. At our front desk, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cribs, and high chairs (for a fee). Child safety outlet covers and child-sized toilet seats are available free of charge at the front desk upon request.
Your well-equipped two-room vacation apartment, which accommodates up to four people, features a balcony or terrace, free Wi-Fi, and Sky TV. You can easily reach the apartment by elevator, and a parking space is available for your car in the underground garage. There is also a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as a space for your bicycles.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
