For your stay, a comfortable 2-room apartment with 47 m² of living space and a balcony is available in Building 1, on the 2nd floor.

The living/dining area features a modern Nolte built-in kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave with baking function, and dishwasher. A wide variety of kitchen utensils—including a toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, and dishes—round out the amenities. The high-quality leather couch with ottoman can be easily converted into a comfortable bed for two people.

Entertainment is provided by a 47-inch 3D TV, a 3D Blu-ray player, a hi-fi system with USB and MP3 connections, as well as Sky TV and free Wi-Fi. In addition, a small selection of books, DVDs, CDs, and board games is available for your enjoyment.

In the separate bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed with high-quality mattresses for a restful night’s sleep. The wardrobe and dresser offer ample space for your clothes and personal belongings. The bathroom is modernly equipped with a beautiful shower and high-quality tiles that complement the apartment’s elegant overall look.

Particularly convenient: From the apartment, you can access the building’s swimming pool or sauna via a barrier-free elevator. The swimming pool is available to you free of charge during your stay; the sauna area can be used for a fee. You’ll find your own parking space conveniently located in the underground garage.

Modern and right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen—that’s the Residenz Seestern. The four apartment buildings are located not far from the beach and the pier. The beautiful spa gardens and shops for daily necessities are also just a few minutes away.

You can spend relaxing days in the on-site wellness area when the weather isn’t cooperating. The swimming pool is available to you free of charge during your stay; the sauna area can be used for a fee.
For our younger guests, there’s a playground in the complex’s courtyard. The apartments are also equipped with child-friendly amenities, so nothing stands in the way of a family vacation.
On the first floor of the Seestern Residence, you can treat yourself to a meal at various restaurants. You’ll also find an ice cream parlor and our front desk right here in the complex. At our front desk, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cribs, and high chairs (for a fee). Safety covers for electrical outlets and child-sized toilet seats are available free of charge at the front desk upon request.
Your well-equipped two-room vacation apartment, which accommodates up to four people, features a balcony or terrace, free Wi-Fi, and Sky TV. You can easily reach the apartment by elevator, and a parking space is available for your car in the underground garage. There is also a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers, as well as a space for your bicycles.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
