The apartment features 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a double bed and TV, and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), as well as 1 bathroom with a shower and toilet.

An open living area, TV, internet radio, a fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, oven, dishwasher, extensive kitchenware), and an extendable dining table.

The apartment is also ideal for a “workation” with a beautiful view if you want to escape the office for a short time but don’t have any vacation days left. After work or during your lunch break, you can be at the beach in 10 minutes—perfect for unwinding.

From the living area, you have access to the sunny balcony, which is furnished with patio furniture and a parasol and offers a view of the Boddendeich. Having breakfast in the sun, enjoying a cup of coffee in the afternoon, or winding down after a day at the beach with a glass of wine is simply wonderful and relaxing here.
