This spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bath modern chalet was thoughtfully designed for families, groups, and unforgettable getaways. Featuring soaring vaulted ceilings, dramatic architectural lines, and cozy gathering spaces throughout, the home blends luxury cabin charm with modern comfort.

The main living area centers around a stunning floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with oversized sectional seating, creating the perfect space for relaxing, movie nights, and spending time together. Large windows and open-concept living spaces fill the home with natural light and showcase the home’s unique A-frame design.

The fully updated kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, peninsula seating, and a large dining area ideal for family meals, holidays, and entertaining.

The home comfortably accommodates groups with:
* 3 bedrooms featuring queen beds
* 1 bunk room with a full-over-full bunk bed and twin trundle
* 1 bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk bed and twin trundle

Every bedroom includes its own smart TV for added comfort and convenience.

The home’s Scandinavian-inspired design combines warm wood tones, modern finishes, designer bathrooms, and cozy chalet aesthetics to create a unique boutique-style retreat near Paw Paw Lake and Lake Michigan.

Guests will have access to the full home and outdoor spaces EXCEPT for any locked maintenance/storage areas and the POOL AREA WHILE CONSTRUCTION IS ONGOING.
You`ll be staying in someone`s home, so please treat it with care and respect.

NO PETS! If any pets are brought to the home there will be a $500 fine/per night and possible eviction. This is not a pet friendly home due to severe allergies of the owners family.

No smoking or Vaping (of anything) inside the home. $500 fine if home smells like smoke.

We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.

Must book for the total number of guests staying/visiting the home. $100 per unauthorized guest/night.

Ring cameras on the exterior of the property. These do record when it captures motion. Blocking of camera will lead to eviction and $1000 fine. NO EXCEPTIONS!

If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.

Do not cover Ring Cameras, this will lead to an eviction and forfeiture of security deposit.

Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.

We may require a security deposit, rental agreement and/or a picture of a Government ID.

Guest accept the risks that come with using bunk beds/ladders.

Guest understands the responsibility of being near water.

All children MUST be supervised when in the backyard/near the water/pool/hot tub.

Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules. Thank you.
