This home offers the conveniences of open kitchen-dining-living area, a large deck that offer panoramic views of Paw Paw Lake, open grass areas, and a short flight of stairs to the private lot on the lake.

Location: Less than 2 hours from Downtown Chicago, this fully furnished home is a perfect hub for touring wineries, being close to local wedding venues, playing on amazing golf courses and so much more.

Keyless entry provides you with an entry code during your stay so no one has to share keys.

Basics include: Hotel-style linen and towel service, WIFI access, cable TV, gas grill, microwave, dishwasher, hair dryers, central air conditioning, and 6 off street parking spots.

Bedrooms and bathrooms: On the main floor, the master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a private full bath. The other main floor, bedrooms share a bathroom and has a queen-sized bed. On the lower level, there is a bedroom with 3 single beds a bedroom with a full-sized bed and a 4th bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is 1 bathroom on the lower level. In the living room on the lower level there is a sleeper sofa. The laundry room is also on the lower level.

Kitchen: The large, open kitchen which is fully furnished with all the cookware and dishes needed to prepare a picnic at the lake or a gourmet meal.

Dining: There is a large dining table in the open floor plan with a table that sits 10 comfortably. There is also a dining table on the deck that will seat 6.

Living room: This area features comfortable seating to TV. A sliding door gives access to the upper deck. The deck has a gas grill and there is comfortable seating to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. Downstairs is a living room with a TV and extra space for kids.

Unique to this house is the separate lake lot with a light house and a fire pit area that is down a flight of stairs (30 steps) and very short walk on a single lane road. You can also drive to the lot in order to take all of your toys. There is a dock that is perfect for a pontoon boat. There are 2 paddle boards available for guest to enjoy! Depending on lake water levels there may be some beach area. Otherwise you are a 20 minute drive to the best Lake Michigan beaches in SWMI.

Maximum number of guests is 12 unless arrangements are made at the time of booking. Exceeding the maximum will result in the forfeiture of monies paid and termination of occupancy. Be Our Guest homes are not to be used for any parties or special events.

Pets: No pets are allowed at any time.

Minimum Stay: 7 nights Saturday to Saturday from Memorial Day to Labor Day
3 nights may be available during off season
