Beautiful Kid-Friendly Timber Frame on Bear Cub Rd

This is a beautiful new timber frame home just outside the village of Lake Placid on Bear Cub Lane. Big open yard with plenty of toys for kids. Bright, open, clean, and sunny. Walk, hike, run, bike, or ski out the backyard on the John Brown Farm or Henry's Woods trails. Stock up on farm fresh produce at our farmstand, have a campfire in the backyard, hang out on our large open deck in the summer or park two cars in our heated garage during the winter. The space
We have a shared playground and campfire pit with our friendly neighbors who also rent on Airbnb. Book both places to have an even better experience for a large group.

the only room we ask you not to enter is the home office located on the first floor by the main entranceway

Other things to note
During the winter months, there may be someone coming to the basement on occasion to fill our wood-fired boiler with wood to keep the house warm. We have a very efficent heating system and always make sure the 800-gallon hot water tank that is used for our radiant-floor heating system is fully charged before we leave, but depending on the length of stay and how cold it is, we may have someone come feed the fire while we are away.
