This enchanting camper provides a gorgeous retreat for your getaway. Squaw Valley is waiting for you at this 1-bedroom RV camper, guests find a soothing queen bed in the private bedroom and a cozy living room featuring another queen bed, a sofa,2 captain chairs, and a TV with DVD player and movies. A Full kitchen (OVEN NOT AVAILABLE), Keurig coffee pot, microwave/convection microwave. There are also cards, games, and dice. A dining area with a dining table and 2 bench seats. The bathroom offers a refreshing shower, toilet and a handy hair dryer. Climate control keeps the space comfortable with heating and air conditioning. Enjoy your time in the foothills just below the entrance to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. Very nice property to hangout and/or relax. Outdoor table and chairs, fire pit, and a charcoal BBQ. Its a nice peaceful place to unwind from everyday life. Just minutes below the National Parks, Grant Grove Village, & Giant Sequoia Trees & Trail.

IMPORTANT DETAILS: This is NOT a house, if you have never stayed in a trailer then you need to know. IT IS EXTEMELY IMPORTANT TO CONSERVE WATER. 5 MINUTE SHOWER LIMIT (MILITARY STYLE) (TURN OFF WATER IN BETWEEN SOAPING UP AND RINSING). ALSO YOU HAVE TO LIMIT WHAT IS PUT INTO THE TOILET!! ONLY the special toilet paper. AND MOST TOILET PAPER CAN BE PUT INTO THE TRASH CAN (pee pee) so only flush TP (poo poo) that is necessary. Also CONSERVE water when washing dishes. The holding tanks are small and water is limited so they will get full and you could possibly run out of water.

Stove works differently and is not a normal house stove. You have to turn it on and then turn the knob to click until it lights. This should only be used when needed. Please follow the directions on the wall next to the stove. DO NOT USE OVEN.

Please DRIVE SLOWLY on the driveway. There could be children out playing. Follow the RED ARROW signs that say parking for camper. Do not drive all the way up to the big house at the top.

URGENT NOTE: the oven should not be used. Also Only some of the power outlets work. Power strips are provided so there are plenty of places to plug things in.
