THE GOOD:We stayed about a month and overall had a great stay. The condo is beautiful and works well for short or long stays. The elevator was reliable, the rooftop pool was open and enjoyable, and I used it daily. It is within walking distance of La Comer, Costco, Soriana, and several restaurants; I highly recommend Dulce & Amargo. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, utensils, pots and pans. There are separate AC units for the living area and bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and working laundry. We would likely stay here again.THE BAD:The main bedroom AC was not working when we arrived. I reported it Wednesday and was told they would check, but received no follow-up. I asked again Sunday, was told someone would come Monday, but no one arrived or contacted me. I followed up Tuesday, and the issue was finally resolved Saturday. Later, the drain pipe under the kitchen sink disconnected and water flooded the kitchen. I notified the host, received a “we’ll check” response, then heard nothing further. I repaired it myself. My main concern was not the repairs themselves, but the lack of proactive communication.LARGER-GUEST NOTE:I am about 400 lb/182 kg with bad knees and back; this note did not affect my rating. Both beds and one couch were sturdy, accessible, and comfortable. A second couch, different from the listing photos, felt less sturdy but still supported me. I avoided the bar stools and some chairs. Overall, a larger guest should be comfortable here.
