The three-story home was intentionally designed to balance connection, privacy, and restoration. The first floor features the attached garage, laundry area, and dedicated Peloton Studio—perfect for maintaining wellness routines during your stay.



The second floor serves as the primary living level and includes the chef's kitchen, dining area, living spaces, and luxurious primary suite. The main living area is warm and inviting, featuring comfortable seating and a remote-start gas fireplace, creating the perfect setting for cozy evenings, movie nights, or simply unwinding after a day exploring Kansas City.



The primary suite features a spa-inspired en-suite bathroom complete with an oversized custom shower, frameless glass enclosure, rainfall shower experience, and front-lit vanity mirrors. The suite also includes a private balcony overlooking the surrounding tree canopy—an ideal place to enjoy a morning espresso or peaceful evening among the trees.



The third floor includes two additional bedrooms and a beautifully appointed secondary bathroom featuring a soaking tub with removable bath tray, rainfall shower head, and handheld wand. One of the bedrooms also doubles as a dedicated wellness retreat complete with Gaiam yoga equipment, a 94-inch projector screen, projector, and Apple TV setup—perfect for guided yoga sessions, meditation, family movie nights, or simply creating space to slow down and recharge.

Coffee and tea enthusiasts will appreciate our intentionally curated local beverage experience featuring locally roasted coffee from Kansas City favorite Oddly Correct, prepared using our Breville espresso station and Fellow pour-over setup complete with a Fellow Stagg gooseneck kettle, precision scale, and Fellow Opus 2 Conical Burr Grinder. Guests can also enjoy a curated tea and matcha experience featuring selections from local favorite Hugo Tea.
