This inviting apartment is perfect for families, friends, or small groups. It features two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a cozy living room, and a dining area. A queen air mattress is also available to comfortably accommodate extra guests if needed.
Located just minutes from local dining, nightlife, and shopping, the home offers easy access to major highways and downtown Kansas City. The apartment includes high-speed Wi-Fi and flat-screen Roku TVs in the living room and each bedroom, so everyone can enjoy their favorite streaming services using their own login. There is also an arcade game in one of the bedrooms to enjoy
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, pots and pans, a toaster, coffee maker, and a variety of spices—perfect for everything from quick breakfasts to home-cooked meals. For added convenience, there is an in-unit washer and dryer combo with an 18 lb capacity. While more compact than traditional units, it’s ideal for light to moderate laundry during your stay.
We’re always available if you need assistance, while still respecting your privacy. We welcome both short-term and long-term stays and take extra care to ensure the home is clean, safe, and ready for every guest.

5-minute drives to Westport, Plaza area, and landmarks like the Nelson Atkins Museum, Kansas City Art Institute, UMKC, and Kemper Museum.
10-minute rides to downtown KC, Crown Center, Lego Land, Sea Life Aquarium, and Hy-Vee Arena.
Approximately 25-30 minutes from Worlds of Fun, Arrowhead, and Royals stadiums.
Getting Around:
The most efficient modes of transportation involve driving yourself or easily accessing rides through readily available Uber or Lyft services.

-No smoking inside, no parties or gathering beyond the maximum occupancy.
-Should the no-party policy be violated, you will be requested to vacate the premises and forfeit your rental payment. We reserve the right to impose a $500 fine for breaching these regulations.
-Before booking, local guests are kindly requested to message us. Hosting local guests without prior authorization or pre-approval is not within our policy and will not be accommodated. We reserve the right to decline or refuse a reservation if the appropriate pre-screening process is not completed.
