POOL & HOT TUB:

The pool and hot tub are professionally maintained regularly. Because this is an outdoor lakefront property, occasional leaves or natural debris may appear between cleanings. This is normal and does not indicate the pool is unclean.



POOL IS NOT HEATED.



VENDORS:

Pool and landscaping vendors may access exterior areas periodically through outdoor gates for maintenance.



SMOKING:

Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A violation may result in additional fees.



PEST CONTROL:

As with most outdoor lake properties in Texas, guests may occasionally encounter insects or small wildlife outdoors despite regular pest control service.



ADDITIONAL GUEST PRICING:

The nightly rate includes up to 6 guests. Starting with the 7th guest, an additional nightly guest fee applies.



NO WEAPONS POLICY

Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property, including firearms, ammunition, air guns, tasers, and explosives.

Bringing, storing, or using any weapon on the property will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and may be reported to us and the specific platform you're booking through and local authorities.
