THE SPACE
Welcome to your oceanfront escape on the coast of North Carolina: a beach home designed for comfort, relaxation, and unforgettable views. This listing is for the entire private Unit B of the duplex, giving you exclusive access to a spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home while maintaining your own private entrance and living spaces.
Conveniently located between two beach access points, you’ll enjoy easy access to the sand and surf while still having a peaceful place to unwind. Wake up to the sound of the waves and sip your morning coffee overlooking the ocean as the sun rises over the water. After a day spent soaking up the sun and sea breeze, relax in our bright and inviting living spaces, prepare gourmet meals in the kitchen, and sink into the cozy sofa for a restful evening. With the beauty of beachfront living just outside your door, we invite you to kick off your sandals, breathe in the salty air, and make yourself at home.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home except for an owner's storage closet in the home and in the car port.

Other things to note
We provide a starter supply consisting of dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent pods, and K-cup pods.

If you would like to freshen the linens / towels during your stay, we kindly ask you to utilize the washer and dryer in the unit. Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

This is a quiet neighborhood -- we have a STRICT NO PARTY policy. Disruptive gatherings and disturbances to the surrounding community with excessive noise is prohibited. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 11pm-7am. There is a $500 penalty fee and your reservation is subject to cancellation with no refund. You will also be responsible if the town issues a fine.

Pets are NOT allowed. There is a $500 penalty fee, $150 cleaning fee and your reservation is subject to cancellation with no refund.

NO SMOKING allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages (minimum of $1500). Smoking is only permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.

Please DO NOT USE TAPE on the walls for decorations. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting.
