We are only a 4 minute walk to the gorgeous beach. Home is all upgraded, and we have all amenities for your family & friends, so come and enjoy!! We can provide OIB references, if needed. We have outside living space for your enjoyment and gatherings. We have a few beach toys, chairs, towels and a carrier with big wheels for your beach goods. Kitchen has all required needs, along with additional outside eating dishes, serving trays and cups. Relax on the screened in lanai, and enjoy the upper deck views!! We have rented and been renters for over 30 years and dog friendly as we know they are our kids. We have tried to ensure we help visitors have a blast! 2 king Bedrooms, 1 Queen Loft and one Bunk Bed room with Full on bottom and twin on top!. All Smart TVā€™s for streaming and great location.

A beautiful, clean, well-equipped home greeted us at Sunset Beach. It was so convenient to have linens and towels included. The screened front porch is also a haven to gather with comfortable furniture. This home is only 1/10 th of a mile to the beach access, you are on the sand in no time. The hosts were responsive and helpful. They were very generous with supplies for kithchen and bathroom needs. Towels were fluffy. We have been coming to SB for years and this is one of the nicest houses to rent. I highly recommend these hosts and this home.

The house is very well equipped. Everything you could need to make your stay more enjoyable is already in the house. The owners are responsive if you need anything at all. I canā€™t recommend this beach paradise enough

This was a wonderful location for our family beach vacation. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the downstairs refrigerator, it made packing daily for the beach easy.

Exceptional property

This is a beautiful beach house with everything you need and then some. Exceptional home decor- more kitchen needs than I have in my own home-and the best is beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas and towels plus a refrigerator downstairs as well. Great outdoor furniture upstairs and downstairs. Overall 10 out of 10

A Hidden Gem

This property was absolutely fantastic! It was exactly as advertised, and the level of cleanliness was impeccable. We found it to be incredibly cozy and comfortable for our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this beach property. A well-deserved 5-star review!

Stay here!!!

The owners have gone out of their way to make us feel at home. Communication was excellent. There was a bottle of wine and a nice note when we arrived. The kitchen and cottage is FULLY stocked and all of the beds are extremely comfortable. Soap, shampoo and conditioner is provided if needed. We appreciated how clean the cottage was as well. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Superb effeciency

This place has EVERYTHING you need! We especially loved using the outdoor seating, from the screened in porch, to the comfy furniture in the carport and cooking and eating down there, and the sundeck! There is so much to do and use in this "home." You can travel light when staying here.

Sunset Beach 2024

Our family thoroughly enjoyed another week at Sunset Beach and staying at Hook Line and Sinker made our stay even more wonderful. The host was very communicative, responded to us within minutes and was very clear and concise with instructions. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. My children put many miles on the bikes the owners graciously left for our use and every beach accessory you could need was also available. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone wishing to experience the magic of sunset beach! The Heismans Summer 2024

Very comfortable house!

This house is all as listed and more! Plenty of seating areas and the kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. The screened in porch was a hit, the furniture was comfortable we spent a lot of time out there as well! Several great areas around the house to gather we enjoyed the wonderful breeze under the house while cooking out or after a day at the beach. Great house we really enjoyed our time there!

Just Awesome!

First, the owners are awesome! We were able to check in a little early and arrived to a very nice welcome note and a great bottle of wine! CC communicated extremely well by phone and text. The house is very well located, a short walk from the beach access directly on the street. Well-appointed throughout, the outside seating and bar were great - always breezy and never hot. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked - we didn't need to get anything at all. Great location, awesome house! We'll be back next year!

Love this place!

Sunset Beach vacation Finding the property was very easy! We all walked up the stairs, got into the house. Found a note for our family and a sweet gift! Thank you! The house was very clean and beautiful! Itā€™s a great size for our family of 6!! We found a close grocery store only 7min away! I like how not super busy this place! Not a lot to do near by but Myrtle Beach is only 40min away so we went there for a couple days. We walked the beach to the Kindred mailbox. The beach is not busy at all! Itā€™s very relaxing. I love the small balcony at the house! The sunsets were beautiful! Definitely recommend Sunset island to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation! All the neighbors were very kind as well! Only thing I would change is the bed. It was rock hard for me. Just my opinion though.

Lovely stay

Wonderfully comfortable updated house and thoughtful caring owner. How they keep it so clean at the beach is beyond me. It was almost too ā€œniceā€ for us with 4 rambunctious children, but we all loved it & wouldnā€™t hesitate to rent again.

Perfect beach house

Canā€™t say enough about the house. It was very clean upon arriving and had everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The beds were very comfortable. Having access to the extra refrigerator on the bottom floor was great for storing can drinks that we took each day to the beach. This was our first trip to Sunset Beach but certainly not our last. Canā€™t wait to return. The property owners were great to work with and definitely want you to have a great stay in their house.

My husband and I have traveled extensively, and try and ensure we provide a wonderful experience, as we cherish our time off, just as those that rent from us. We have a large extensive family and love dogs. We fell in love with the area after buying our first rental in Ocean Isle, but sold that one to buy a larger home so more fun can be had. We have tried to ensure that we provide all necessary amenities for your beach stay! We are not on the main road where traffic can be busy, and parking for 4 vehicles makes it convenient, we also have access to the back road which cuts down on time to go off island during busy months. Screened in front porch also has fan and rockers up on upper deck for watching gorgeous sunsets. Neighbors are great and a wonderful quiet street safe for children.

Great street with direct beach access, outside living area for fun and easy walk to the pier!! We allow 1 dog if trained and house broken. We have a beach wagon and other beach items for your beach use. There are a few chairs for use and a large outside shower and sink.
