Welcome to Bailey Abode - centrally-located, family-friendly home in the heart of Sarasota. The space
This two bedroom, two bathroom home has been thoughtfully set up to make your stay as comfortable and effortless as possible. With accommodations throughout for 4 guests, our home has plenty of amenities to cater to everyone - from family vacations to weekend destination golf trips. Driveway parking is available for 2 vehicles, with a well-lit path to the front door, along with a motion light and doorbell camera for added security. Access to this home is easy and secure with a user-friendly smart deadbolt with keypad.

The open living space has seating for 5 people and the 75” smart TV with remote is perfect for keeping up with your favorite teams on game day and creating a theater-like setting for movie night. In this room you’ll find board games, puzzle books and reading materials for all ages.

From the living room, you have easy access to the dining area, which comfortable seats 4 guests and is great for meal time and activities/games while overlooking the outdoor living area.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities you’ll need: pots, pans, baking sheets, blender, mixing bowls, utensils, gadgets, table service for 6. and much more - scroll through the ‘KITCHEN’ photos to see all items. The large stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, dual sinks with water filtration system, electric stove/range and microwave are all super clean and in excellent condition. Above the sink is a sliding window that opens to a bar top seating area on the screened lanai. We have a coffee station with both a traditional drip-style coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine.

The primary bedroom features a king size bed with plush, luxury bedding, 2 nightstands and lamps with USB ports for convenience, firm and soft pillow options, extra blankets/sheets, smart TV with remote, dresser and closet with hangers for clothing and luggage storage, and the en-suite bathroom has ample counter space with one sink and a shower.

The guest room has 2 twin beds - sharing 1 nightstand and lamp, smart TV with remote, dresser and closet with hangers for clothing and luggage storage.

There is a 2nd bathroom in the hallway that has an oversized counter top with one sink and vanity space with seating, and a shower/bathtub combo.

You’ll find our linen closet in the hallway - fully stocked with extra bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, beach towels, paper towels, toilet paper and other essential supplies.

Conveniently located off the dining room is our indoor laundry area. In addition to the full-size washer and dryer, you’ll have access to laundry detergent, fabric softener, iron, steamer and more.

The outdoor living space - a spacious, screened lanai - is as comfortable as the indoor, featuring a brand-new outdoor living room set with a raised coffee table that doubles as an outdoor dining table. Here, you’ll also find a bar top with 2 bar chairs facing a sliding window that opens to the kitchen - a nice convenience when entertaining. Outside you’ll also find a gas grill with grill utensils, yard games and ambient lighting to set the mood. The backyard is quiet and has a wooded area directly behind it for optimal privacy.

Guest access
Guests will have access to beach chairs and umbrellas, beach toys, floats, cooler, and more. Siesta bike and kayak will deliver bikes to the door for you to rent. We have additional add-ons available, so please message us with any requests for special accommodations. We want to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible!

ACCORDING TO THE CITY OF SARASOTA REGULATIONS, ALL VACATION RENTAL BOOKINGS MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 7 NIGHTS. IF YOU NEED SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS, PLEASE MESSAGE US.
