Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, washing machine, and cable TV.



The outdoor area is the highlight: from May to October, you can enjoy a private 14 x 5 meter pool. The villa sits within a 3-hectare olive and citrus grove with centuries-old trees, perfect for walks and relaxing in the countryside. You also have access to a private organic vegetable garden. The pool is open from May to late October.



Within 10 km, you can visit Castelbuono, Petralia Soprana, Gangi, and the Madonie Natural Park. Guided nature tours in the Madonie Park can be arranged; the area offers many typical restaurants and wineries. In winter, snowshoeing excursions are possible. There are 6 parking spaces inside the property. Pets are welcome. Any events must be agreed upon with the owner in advance and may incur an additional charge. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. In Cefalù, you can rent a motorboat for an extra fee. Homemade products are available. Electricity is generated from solar energy.
