Set into the hills above Jordanelle Reservoir, this four-bedroom townhome skips the usual mountain-cabin script for something more current: vaulted ceilings, oversized windows, and a clean, contemporary palette that hands the spotlight to the landscape outside. The main living space opens up and out — a dining table built for eight, a fully equipped kitchen ready for a group cook (espresso machine, electric kettle, French press, bean grinder, Calphalon pans, and Henckels knives all on hand), and sightlines that pull the Wasatch right into the room.
The deck is where summer settles in. There's a hot tub for slow, star-filled soaks after a day on the water, a firepit lounge that keeps conversation going long past sunset, and a gas grill made for unhurried dinners with the ridgeline as your backdrop. That ridge marks the Park City line, so town sits closer than the quiet setting lets on.
Inside, the layout stretches across three levels, giving twelve guests room to spread out. The primary king suite anchors the main floor with a Tempur-Pedic mattress, while the upper level pairs a king and a queen — both on pressure-relief mattresses — around a shared bath. Downstairs, two twin-over-twin bunks and a king sleeper sofa with a memory-foam mattress make Jordanelle Ridge an easy yes for multigenerational trips, friend groups, and family reunions, with a full air mattress available on request if the crew needs one more spot to land.
Upstairs, a loft and game space gives everyone somewhere to gather after dinner, with boxed board-game classics stocked and ready and the kind of elbow room that's rare when the whole group is under one roof. Remote workers get a dedicated desk with a view and an in-home printer, and a guest laundry room keeps hiking pants, lake towels, and trail layers in rotation between outings.
The location is the easy middle ground that makes this stretch of Wasatch country so livable. Jordanelle State Park sits just minutes away, with paddleboarding, boat rentals, and lakeside picnics filling out long summer days, while the gondola-served trails at Deer Valley's East Village open onto miles of high-country hiking and mountain biking once the snow clears. More trails run right from the property, and Heber Valley spreads out to the south with its geothermal crater soak, scenic railroad, and quiet trailheads. Historic Main Street in Park City — restaurants, galleries, and shops along a walkable stretch — is a short drive, or a longer e-bike ride when the weather plays along. Whether you're loading the cooler for the lake, climbing into the hills on two wheels, or winding down to Midway for a soak, this is the kind of base where every day has something queued up — and when the snow returns, Deer Valley and Park City Mountain are a short drive for the powder days.
