Important House Rules & Notes

Notice: there is a single outdoor camera that is pointed at the driveway.

Community Amenities: Each guest must have an amenity badge to access community amenities. Eight badges are provided. Lost badges incur a $100 replacement fee.

Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM unless approved otherwise in writing. There is a fee for any unapproved late check out, up to $50/hr.

No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, and hookahs are not permitted inside the home.

Guests: Primary renter is responsible for all guests and any damages during the stay.

Fireworks & Outdoor Fires: Fireworks and uncontained fires are prohibited within Towamensing Trails.

Grill: You are welcome to use the grill and firepit. Please remember to turn off the propane when you are finished.

Fireplace: To operate the fireplace, move the wand on the operating box to the temperature you would like. The operating box is located to the right of the fireplace near the mantle and looks like a traditional thermostat.

Temperature Control: For heat, use the thermostat in each room to turn on baseboard heating. It warms up quickly, we typically start at 60-65 degrees and increase as needed. Take care to keep fabric and other flammable items away from the baseboard heaters. For cooling, use the air conditioning units/fans in each room. It is also recommended to lower the shades in the Great Room during peak sun time to help maintain a comfortable temperature. At the end of your stay, please make sure all units are turned off and thermostats are returned to 50.

Parties & Drinking Games: Beer pong, drinking games, kegs, and disruptive parties are not permitted.

Hot Tub: No food or beverages in the hot tub. Tie up long hair (it clogs the jets). No urinating in water (this causes a chemical imbalance that results in a rash). It is not advised for children to use the hot tub. Please remember to keep the hot tub covered when not in use.

Garbage: Please remove all trash and food from the property (inside and outside) at check-out and drop off at the community dumpster located at 44 Towamensing Trails. There is a fee if trash and/or garbage is left in the house, up to $20/bag.
