The 65 m² apartment is located on the 1st floor and spans two levels.
On the first floor, the living room features a seating area with a TV, a Blu-ray player, and a dining table for 4 people—the perfect spot to relax.

The bedroom has a double bed (two mattresses, each 90 x 200)
The bedroom windows are equipped with fly screens.

The bathroom features a shower with a toilet, as well as a washing machine

The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, range hood, and dishwasher.

On the second level, there is a living area with a TV, a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), and a guest restroom

. Children under 3 years of age can stay free of charge upon request.

You can store your bicycles in the lockable bike shed.

The fenced-in grounds feature a swimming pool that is open daily, free of charge, and available year-round.
The sauna is available for a fee by prior arrangement.

The vacation park is located on the edge of a nature reserve and is idyllically and quietly situated at the edge of the forest.

Children can play and run around to their heart’s content on a large meadow.
In addition to a soccer field with goals, they have access to a wide variety of play equipment, such as a climbing frame with a slide, swings, a sandbox, a carousel, a seesaw, a ping-pong table, and a real ship.

The newly opened “Waldhaus” restaurant, with seating for 35, serves delicious meals. Here you can enjoy Nordic-Bavarian cuisine.

BiIt’s just a 15-minute walk to the fine sandy beach or to the town center.

Since 2024, there have been 2 charging stations, each with 2 charging points (max. 22 kW), in the vacation park’s outdoor parking lot.
