The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped: a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, range hood, and dishwasher leave nothing to be desired. A separate guest restroom and a functional entryway area are also located on this level.
From the living room, you have direct access to the furnished terrace—a lovely spot for outdoor meals or relaxing in the afternoon sun.
Upstairs, two bedrooms await you: one with a double bed (two mattresses, each 90×200 cm), and the second with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, sink, toilet, and washing machine—ideal for longer stays with the whole family.
Small children under the age of three can stay for free upon request.
A special highlight of the vacation park is the swimming pool, which is open daily year-round and available to all guests free of charge. The sauna can be used for a fee upon prior reservation. Families with children will love the large, fenced-in play area with a variety of play equipment, a soccer field, and an imaginative play ship.
The “Waldhaus” restaurant serves Nordic-Bavarian cuisine—perfect for cozy evenings after a day at the beach. Since 2024, there have been two modern electric vehicle charging stations, each with two charging points (max. 22 kW).

The vacation park is situated on the edge of a nature reserve and is idyllically and quietly located at the edge of the forest.

The fenced-in grounds feature a swimming pool that can be used daily, free of charge, and year-round.
The sauna is available for a fee by prior arrangement.

Children can play and run around to their heart’s content on a large lawn.
In addition to a soccer field with goals, there is a wide variety of play equipment available, such as a climbing frame with a slide, swings, a sandbox, a carousel, a seesaw, a ping-pong table, and a real ship.

The newly opened “Waldhaus” restaurant, with seating for 35, caters to your culinary needs. Here, you can enjoy Nordic-Bavarian cuisine.
