On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated with central heating (gas). Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance leads over a 10 sqm terrace directly in the hallway. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room 20 sqm and with TV. You have access to the balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 6 chairs. Bedroom 12 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed. Balatonszabadi. The holiday flat is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in the house only occasionally but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
