Family Tides is a spacious Lewes retreat—perfect for families! Enjoy a game room with foosball, ping pong & darts, plus a workout space. Relax outside with a grill, 2 fire pits, and hot tub, or unwind on the screened porch. The large fenced yard features horseshoes, croquet, bocce, badminton, and a private batting cage (waiver required). Fully equipped gourmet kitchen, coffee bar, office workspace, beach gear & dog-washing station included. Minutes to Lewes Beach, Cape Henlopen & Rehoboth!

The space
- All guests must be at least 25 years old, except for children with parents.
- 2 dogs max allowed with pet fee - no cats.
- Two medium sized dog crates, bowls, pet shampoo and gate provided for guest use.
- Excessive barking will not be tolerated - please be respectful of neighbors and do not leave dogs outside unattended or for long periods of time.

*Please note - You must sign Hot Tub Waiver before your stay.

- Please note - Monthly discounts are not available during the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day).

*DEL 302 Management standard:
-Linens and towels are included
-Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms.
-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.

- Game Room - in the basement with foosball, ping pong, dart board, toys, and tons of board games.
- Workout Room - in the basement with a stationary bike, rower, yoga ball, and full-body resistance trainer. (Use at own risk)


OUTDOOR LIVING:
Outdoor deck with furniture, outdoor table, outdoor shower, 2 fire pits(propane and wood burning), BBQ grill, hot tub, screened in porch, batting cage/net(seasonal-set up April-Oct), and pitching machine. Horseshoe pit, croquet, badminton, and bocce ball available for outdoor entertainment.
-Greenhouse converted to Wellness Studio in the backyard as well for some meditation or (hot)yoga.


The property includes a seasonal batting cage/net and pitching machine (seasonally available April–October).

For safety:
• Children must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult at all times.
• Only guests 18 years or older may load or operate the pitching machine.
• Use of the equipment is at the guest’s own risk.

*A liability waiver must be signed prior to arrival through our guest portal before the equipment may be used.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped, microwave, coffee maker, Espresso machine, Nespresso machine, tea kettle and strainer, toaster, dishware/flatware, cooking pots/pans.

- The house automatic irrigation system runs Monday, Wednesday and Saturday (from about 6-8am).
- Lawn service comes on Thursdays - with a rain date of Friday.
- There are various tomato plants, various peppers, cucumbers, some herbs, peaches, plums, grapes, and blueberries all growing in the garden. Anything growing is welcome to anyone who stays here!

Other things to note
*Please note: While the home is only dog-friendly, a cat previously lived in the house. Guests with severe pet allergies should take this into consideration before booking.

- The house automatic irrigation system runs Monday, Wednesday and Saturday (from about 6-8am).
- Lawn service comes on Thursdays - with a rain date of Friday.

*Also note: An additional cleaning fee may apply for stays of 14 days or longer.

*As of July 1, 2022, retailers in the State of Delaware no longer provide a plastic carryout bags made from film at checkout. Instead, they now provide customers paper bags for purchase and access to a reusable bag for purchases, or you may bring your own.
