Located on a quiet street just steps from a 14-acre waterfront park, this cozy getaway offers the perfect mix of comfort and convenience. Enjoy a large private deck, outdoor lounge area, fire pit, and fun-filled games room with pool table and foosball. Whether you`re relaxing indoors or exploring the nearby waterfront trails and beach, this property was designed for memorable stays with family and friends.

Inside, the home offers a bright and comfortable layout designed for relaxing stays with family and friends. The main living space features cozy seating, a smart TV, large windows with plenty of natural light, and direct access to the spacious outdoor deck. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to prepare meals and gather together after a day exploring the area.

The home also features a fun lower-level games area with a pool table, foosball table, bar area, and board games, making it a great spot for rainy days or evening entertainment.

Outdoor living

Step outside and enjoy the large private deck with outdoor seating and BBQ, perfect for summer evenings. The backyard also features a covered gazebo lounge area and a fire pit surrounded by Muskoka chairs for relaxing nights outdoors.

Guests have full private access to the entire home, including the backyard, deck, gazebo, and all outdoor living areas. Keyless entry makes check-in simple and convenient.

We are always available by phone, email or text during your stay.

🐾 Pet Policy

Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but must be added to your reservation and approved in advance. Our pet policy is as follows:

Pets are NOT permitted on any beds. Our linens are white, and we work hard to keep them in excellent condition.
If you wish to have your pet on the bed with you, please bring your own bedding.

Pets must never be left unattended, indoors or outdoors.
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside, except when in the designated kennel area.

Any damage caused by your pet is the owner’s full responsibility, and repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
Please ensure your pet does not bark excessively or disturb neighbours.
You must clean up after your pet.

🚫 No parties or events. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.

🔥 Firewood is not provided.

⚠️ Safety Notes:

Children must be supervised at all times. We are not responsible for injuries on the property.

Payment is due at the time of booking. Confirmed guests will receive a link to our guest portal to sign our rental agreement and view booking details (including payments and receipts). Guests bringing pets must add their pet to the booking and pay any applicable pet fee.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
100% Refund: For cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date.
50% Refund: For cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the check-in date.
No Refund: For cancellations made 14 days or fewer before the check-in date.

A $500 security hold will be placed on the guest’s credit card 3 days prior to check-in. This is a pre-authorization only and no funds will be charged unless damage or excessive cleaning is identified after check-out.
Out of respect for the neighbours please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm-8am daily.
Absolutely no parties allowed
The number of guests on the property must always reflect the number of guests booked. The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any given time is 6. Should it be found that there are more than 6 people on the property at any time you will be asked to leave without a refund and you will be charged for the extra guests.
