One of the best hosts I have ever rented from. The communication and support were excellent from start to finish. The property is in a perfect location for seeing all the sights in Chattanooga. It was very clean, comfortable, and extremely well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chattanooga.

The property was beautiful, house was super clean, and very easy check in. Only problem I had was that it is advertised as 3 bedroom and I did not expect the 3rd bedroom to also be the living room, so if we wanted to sit comfortably and not at the kitchen table we had to fold the bed in and put the chairs back out. We did love the swings on the upper deck, the hot tub, and every thing you needed was stocked. We will definitely be back. Nice location and great place for our kids for fall break.

Amazing place! We loved to hot tub, fire pit, TVs on the patio and in every room, and decor. Easy access from the main road. The kid’s room had an arcade game, which was such a pleasant surprise. The host was communicative and exhibiting awesome hospitality! Would absolutely book again.

Everything was great! Such a beautiful place and in a great location. Very clean and taken care of! The kitchen had everything we needed on the nights we decided to cook. Truly felt like a home away from home! We loved spending our evenings on the back porch and in the hot tub after long days at the softball fields. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

The host Darin was very helpful and quick to respond. The home was just as described and more! Very cute home with an amazing newer hot tub with plenty of towels! Highly recommend this property.

This was one of the cleanest places we have stayed! I will say we were expecting two queen bedrooms, one not being a pull out sofa bed but that probably could have been miss communication on our part. There is one room upstairs with multiple bunk beds, one room with a queen or maybe king bed up stairs also, and another room downstairs with a pull out sofa bed. The hot tub was very clean and great size!! Definitely would go back!

This property was exactly as pictured! Such a cute and cozy home on a quiet street. The decor was really cute and the place was very clean. Darrin, the host, had it stocked with everything we needed. I mean, he really did think of everything! The bunk room had an arcade game as a surprise, and the kids loved it! The colors were vibrant and welcoming! The hot tub was nice and clean. There were plenty of TVs so that you could relax and watch your favorite show or ball game from any room in the house. The location was convenient to restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores. Did I mention how clean it was?!? We travel often and always try to find the next cute and cozy property. This one definitely checked all the boxes. We recommend and would definitely stay here for our next visit in Chattanooga!

The house was immaculate and well maintained. It was perfect for my wife and I along with three kids. We really appreciated having the little things like dish soap and dish washer tablets. Coffee pods were REALLY appreciated. Very organized....great location. Highly recommend. Only constructive feedback is the hot tub. We found the water murky and some mold. However, Darin said he was getting professional service going forward. Over, a great experience!

Thank you John! So glad you all enjoyed your stay and am happy to hear the soaps and coffee pods/accessories were of benefit! My goal is to make sure my guests have everything they need to truly relax and unwind when they arrive. Appreciate that feedback on the hot tub! I’ve since hired a professional company, (who are CPO certified), to come out every week, clean, and test the chemical levels so everything is perfect at all times. This property was listed as a 3 bedroom. It was a 2 bedroom with a pullout bed in the living room. The mattress on the pullout bed was terrible. It had a hole in the mattress and was thin. The duvet covers were not on the duvets. Mattress’s need to be replaced with good quality mattress. The back porch was excellent to hangout with family. Hot tub was perfect.

Hi Vickie. I appreciate your feedback. That back room is listed as a bedroom because it has a closet, and the sofa pulls out to a queen sleeper. The reason why I went that route, rather than putting a permanent bed there was to create not only a space for guests to sleep, but to also create a space for guests to relax on a couch and watch TV together, as the only other place to do this is at the dining room table. Also, I was not aware there is a hole in the mattress until you left this review. Next time please inform the hosts there is an issue during your stay to give us hosts a chance to rectify the issue. I take intense pride in making sure my guests have everything that they need and are comfortable in my home.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The little mountain house was just perfect. Fully stocked , amazing location. The kids had a blast in the kids room. I would highly recommend this property. The host was very attentive. Although we didn’t need much communication at all. 10 out of 10 recommend

The house was great . The host was amazing. Chattanooga was awesome. Didn't use the hot tub but take a peek it was clean and ready to go. The location was perfect for Ruby Falls lookout mountain and down town. 15 minutes or less to everything 6 minutes to a Walmart. Highly recommend the whiskey thief for the roof top bar and river views at sunset.
