Plan your perfect Mammoth Lakes getaway at this charming 1-bedroom + loft condo in the desirable Sunshine Village community. Ideal for families or small groups, this inviting retreat sleeps up to 6 guests and is just minutes from town, skiing, hiking trails, and more.

Enjoy a warm, rustic interior with high ceilings, exposed wood beams, and a wood-burning fireplace. The main bedroom includes a queen bed, the loft offers a twin-over-full bunk with twin trundle, and there's a comfy sleeper sofa in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, and there's dining space for the whole group.

Step out onto your private balcony for peaceful views, or head to the on-site amenities—seasonal pool, hot tub, sauna, game room with ping pong and pool table, tennis courts (summer only), shared BBQ area, and coin-op laundry.

Easy check in process, extremely close to mountain and dining, would definitely stay here again :) One of the dining chair side stretchers came off during our stay but other than that everything was in working order.

Loved the loft for the kids. Mud room was great. Couch was very uncomfortable and internet was terrible. Also there was not a lot of cupboard space for the grocery’s we bought.

We had a nice time and condo is close to Eagle Lodge.

Location is great and jacuzzi was wonderful. Condo is old and tired, but functional. Kitchen floor is rotting/soft in multiple places because the kitchen counter is slightly sloping so water can drip onto the floor :) and bring a stool to reach any of the upper kitchen cabinets if you are shorter than 5'-8" or Vacasa (or owner) please add a stool. Other than that it was a basic condo that was close to Eagle Lodge and we had a nice stay. Sunshine Village's/the complex's manager who we spoke with was a pleasure and very nice.

Great location and layout, but unit needs some improvement

I liked the open space layout of the unit and the loft for the kids to run and play. The lighting in the unit only looks bright for only one hour when the sunlight shines through the loft. Otherwise, the lighting in the unit is darker than the pictures. The two large burners on the stove top did not work, only the two small ones worked. The hook on the ladder for the bunk bed was broken, making it unsturdy when you climb. The unit was dusty (window sill, TV cabinet, etc.), carpet looked dirty, and did not give a cleanliness feel. If they could make these simple fixes, I think the unit would create a better experience.

Comfortable and Clean

This is a great condo in an ideal location! Close to town, bus routes and the slopes. Comfortably appointed furnishings and everything you might need in the kitchen to fix breakfast or a great meal after a day of activity. Highly recommended.

Great location and facilities

Perfect spot close to the mountain for skiing or mountain biking. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Had a great experience all the way around staying here.

great condo good location

We liked the loft for the kids, the condo was clean and had all the necessarry amenities. The only down sides were the neighbor with the dog that barked most of the day and their small children who jumped up and down the stairs till 10pm. The master bedroom did not have pull down blinds (only thin curtains) and the exterior light from the building lit up the room which made it hard to fall assleep. Good location close to the pool and Jacuzzi and parking was good. Cable and wifi worked great.

Drove 4 hours to arrive with no key in the lockbox...

Seriously angry that we arrived and no key was left. We were already exhausted from the drive and couldn't get in. It was extremely scary and frustrated to try and find a phone number to get this taken care of. We went through five different phone calls to finally get a housekeeper to drive over the key (this was after an hour of sitting in the car making phone calls). This just started the trip off on a horrible note. We should get some type of compensation for the aggravation. Also, FYI there was a dog in the next unit that was barking throughout the night. So not cool! And so very disappointed.

We are incredibly sorry the key was not left for this guest. This is an unusual situation, and we will do our best to prevent it from reoccurring. We hope the guest was satisfied with the unit itself!

No Key - No Entrance

Couldn't believe we drove 5 hours to get to the place and find no key in the lockbox. And, dog in unit next door barked through the night.

Winter Getaway

A great location for a winter getaway in a nice condo. complex. Very convenient to take the bus/shuttle to the ski lodges (bus stop only several hundred feet away). Nice part of town. Condo and its amenities were as advertised and a good value for the money.

This condo was adequate but very basic. It had a very musty odor, and the carpeting was dirty and torn. The furnishings were okay, but it would have been nice to have a television in the bedroom. There was a good supply of dishes and pots and pans but there was very little cutlery. The spa was close by and very pleasant.

Great location

This condo is very conveniently located and spacious. The kitchen is very well supplied with everything needed to cook. However, the stove burners need some repair. We were disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed until the end of September for replastering, as we had hoped to use the hot tub. Overall, it was a nice, quiet place to stay.

We are sorry to see there were a couple of disappointments with this stay. The burners were inspected and it was discovered that a couple simply had a bad connection. They've been tightened up and are working well. We are very sorry we were not informed of the work being done on the hot tub in order to inform our guests.

Ripped off

Tried to cancel my stay 25 days before my stay due to a family illness . You kept over $450 (all of it including the cleaning fee) and I didn't even use the condo. Never again!!!!

This is a great place. The pool and jacuzzi were right behind our unit. The unit has a rustic decor that make you feel like you're in the mountain. The unit are well stocked with supplies you will need to feel at home. Really enjoyed this place.

The Right Stuff

Exactly what my girlfriend and I were hoping for. Super easy access to unit from parking, close to shops and skiing, comp firewood, clean cozy and spacious for a great price. We arrived during snowstorm and driveways were plowed by morning. Def will be staying again.
