Hidden Gem in the Valley-5 Minute walk to Village

Privately owned and managed condo that also serves as our vacation home. We strive to provide a clean, comfortable, cozy space at a reasonable price. The condo faces southeast and is nestled amongst tall pines so you have the best of both worlds. Sun in the morning to warm the condo and help you to rise and shade as the sun sets on warm summer nights. The view of the crest from the front entry porch invites you to go exploring. You also have a small vantage of the Sherwin's and all they offer.

This warm, cozy and well-maintained studio is located 2 blocks away from The Village and the Gondola. The gondola will whisk you away to Canyon Lodge in a matter of minutes. The studio comes equipped with a new 55" LG smart tv for those with Netflix & App accounts. We offer a queen size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa so the condo will accommodate from 1-4 people. There is a full bath and fully stocked kitchen so making meals is a breeze. The condo is located on the first floor but not wheelchair accessible as there are some stairs and landings to navigate. We offer FREE High Speed Wifi and FREE firewood (Winter Only) with an easy to use wood-burning stove. There is a closet for hanging storage and a few drawers for folding storage. Linen's provided, 2 Jacuzzi's, swimming pool in summer, 2 sauna's, 2 onsite laundry facilities. Multi-day deals during off-season.

After a great day on the Mountain and a nice soak in the jacuzzi, enjoy a quiet relaxing evening with family or friends over dinner and a movie. Then up early and at it again!

Sorry NO SMOKING or Pets allowed. Also, no Saturday check in's or checks out. There is no AC.

Guests are allowed two parking spaces per condo. Parking is right in front of the building. Condo is located within a 5 minute walk to the Village where you will find restaurants, shopping and the Village Gondola. There is also a Town shuttle system that you can ride for free that will take you to Vons and other downtown areas.

I can always be reached by phone, email or text. Most times I am here and can come over and provide assistance if needed.

5 minute walk to the Village & Gondola, Limelight and the Westin.

There is a free public bussing system in and around the community. Once I get here and stock up on groceries I do not get back into my car until I leave.

Great little place

We loved this place. It was convenient to the town gondola and the slopes. The condo was clean with a well stocked kitchen making cooking very easy for us. The communication from the owner was spot on and not a single glitch the entire stay. Would book it again if I were to ski Mammoth again.

Mammoth Getaway

The studio was pleasant. The kitchen was stocked well. The bathroom towels were soft, not scratchy! There was plenty wood for our stay. The stairs from the parking area to the unit was somewhat difficult to access with the snow on them.

Wonderful Updated Condo

The studio condo has been updated and is wonderfully decorated. The owner provides lots of amenities, such as a nightlight in the bathroom, large TV, dimmable lighting and more. What is nice is that the kitchen is equipped with nice pots, pans, coffee maker and toaster. So many times I have rented a condo with warped frying pans, dull knives, and missing dishes and glassware (ie, condo sleeps 8 but glassware for 5), but not the case here! Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy retreat near major Mammoth activities

Would absolutely stay here again when vacationing in Mammoth Lakes. The studio is well equipped, cozy yet roomy, and in a quiet/peaceful area that is super close to The Village and Mammoth Brewing Co. Also convenient to many restaurants and activities. Our vacation was in the early fall, and we could easily walk, run, bike ride onto the Lake Basin Path. It was a wonderful and relaxing “home” for our vacation. Plus the host/Michael was gracious and proactive/responsive with condo access/instructions.

Great Weekend Family Trip

Great location in mammoth. Condo had everything we needed to prepare meals and sleep 4. Our 2 kids slept on the pull out. The price point was just right and we were very pleased with the place.

Mammoth Get Away

This is a perfect condo for a couple, or a party of one. It's close enough to everything in the town of Mammoth. You can easily walk to the Village and from there you can access the free shuttle to Lakes Basin. The unit itself was fantastic with a comfy bed, a well supplied kitchen with dishes/pots/utensils/spices and a few dry item leftovers for use. The Lopi Stove works great at keeping the unit warm when you follow the directions given too. Since the unit is at the far end of the complex, you don't really hear the road noise either. This is a quiet place to retreat and enjoy the surrounding area. I had a wonderful stay.

A lovely, quiet, and cozy stay

A great spot to set off on your adventures in the Mammoth Lakes area. I really appreciated that Mike took a photo of the entrance, because it easy to pass the first time you drive there, but afterwards it's no problem. The condo is within walking distance to a great brewery and just a couple minutes from the downtown hubub. I highly recommend. Very cozy, clean, and perfect for a couple or a small family. Mike also really makes sure to go the extra mile for you. Highly recommend.

Overall, we greatly enjoyed the condo. Biggest positive is that it's about a 6 min. walk to the Village Gondola, clean, comfortable bed, nice view of trees through the window, and great wood burning fireplace. However, kitchen is a bit small with no dishwasher. Additionally, we had to email the owner for starter wood for the wood burning fireplace and 2 pool / spa towels since there were only 2 spa / pool towels provided even though there was 4 of us. (There were also bath towels.) Owner was very responsive for these requests, but ideally it would not be required. No extra pillows in the unit, so had to bring 4 from home in order for the 4 of us to have 2 pillows each.

Comfy & Close to everything

Fantastic experience, starting with easy access into condo and ending with short walk hot tub. The condo was set up for your cooking needs, relaxation and game time with a woodburning fireplace and board games. Quick 8-10 minute walk to restaurants, bars, and easy access to the mountain. Clean and ready to go, can’t wait to come back.

Really is a hidden gem

Couldn't have been happier with this beautiful little condo. This is a perfect place for a couple or just one person looking for a quiet weekend and some time on the slopes. Five minute walk to the Village, you can take the gondola up and be on the mountain in no time without even getting in your car. The place is modern and cheerful, kitchen is well stocked and everything worked well. Absolutely going to stay here again next time we're up there, easy to find and Michael was very helpful and understanding when we informed him we had to leave a day early. Loads of firewood for the wood-burning stove and the entire stay was unbeatable. An already great trip was made even better by this fantastic place, highly recommend staying here.

I absolutely LOVE Mammoth. I've been going there for 20+ years in winter, spring, summer and fall. I just can't get enough of the beauty and outdoor recreation the place has to offer. My ultimate goal that I hope to realize in the next 1-3 years is to relocate there and call it my full time home.

My partners and I choose this property due to the proximity to the Village and Lakes Basin. I utilize the condo in the winter for snowboarding and Canyon is my favorite base lodge. My partners are summer enthusiasts and will use it as home base for their many hiking expeditions.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Location-Location-Location.....6 minute walk to the Village Gondola, summer bike path a stone's throw away, close to the lakes and within walking distance to Sierra Star golf course. Can't beat the location.
